    @ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

    @TalkTalk Yes you did and I also received a message from yourselves stating that @TalkTalk had sent an engineer out to fix the problem. @OpenreachHelp have no record of you contacting them regarding this. Pls update me on the situation

    @TalkTalk I’m in SW London and the service is down. But the service checker through your website only mentions Peterborough. Are you looking into London outages?

    @TalkTalk dropping Internet connection all day, advisor hung up on a call to me and now been on chat for over an hour and a half with no progress! 3 times asking for complaints procedure! This is really poor customer service!

    @TalkTalk my broadband has been intermittent for the past few weeks but now has stopped working. I have visited the online service centre and a fault has been detected but it keeps just asking for my phone number

    I’m wondering why @TalkTalk have slowed my internet down a 20 min video used to upload in 20 mins now it’s taking 2-3 hours I’m a customer that picks a company and stays with them but this is making me question should I move to another company that doesn’t rank your internet
