@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

@TalkTalk Let’s not hide in DM. I will not give away personal details but it’s of public interest to expose TalkTalk’s practices how elderly vulnerable people are being dealt with. It’s now 6 days, no phone line, I’ve supplied them with a mobile in case they need help urgently. Dreadful

@TalkTalk Thanks. It's weird - both phone and my own laptop can't reach the vehicle enquiry page of the DVLA website, via TalkTalk broadband. Phone works fine on 4g. However another (work) laptop on the same WiFi / Broadband has no trouble

@TalkTalk The thing is it's not just me experiencing these difficulties, both my good friend and my brother in law are having the same issues. That's 3 different households at 3 different addresses having the same problems and getting the same answer from customer service. Wth?
