I had an openreach engineer out to fix my broadband. He has told me it is a fault with the WiFi hub and i will need to ring yourselves to order a new one.

Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can

angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue don’t get fixed

I have asked to cancel my service
