@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

@SuzieWo20886208 Yea BT is the parent company, but believe PNet operate the same as the providers, in that they buy from BT. seem to remember something like that when I was, was getting away from Talktalk (worst ever)

@TalkTalk confirmed Talk Talk instigated the service change. An cable was sent in advance from your PO Box 675. How have you managed to sell fibre to a 87 YO vulnerable man with dimensia. He has no computers or like devices. We used call gaurd to stop sales tactics like this.

@TalkTalk I've been on the phone with your customer service for over 1 hour trying for you to speak to @CityFibre to change the code from 3 to 1 or 2 so I can upgrade to your Full Fibre. Everyone keeps passing me on to the next person! How hard is it to change a code!

@TalkTalk Yes I have and @CityFibre said that TalkTalk has to contact them. They do not talk to customers only via the network supplier. So it's up to you to get the code! I've spoken with 7 people at your cs and one asked photos of the existing box left by the previous owner?!

@TalkTalk Why is it so impossible for you to provide stable internet connections? Every day it's the same, the internet will go down or it will provide so much drag that it's impossible to participate in online meetings.

@TalkTalk TWO weeks of having internet interruptions... TWO WEEKS! and I am currently on a live chat with your customer service and they are the absolute WORST. I have spent nearly 2 hours with 2 agents giving asking me the same questions over and over!
