    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @tescomobile has utterly disgraceful service TWO HOURS to speak to a department on hold...still didn't manage to speak to someone... Had letter about the bill arrive today saying it's overdue... services restricted next week...and are restricted today

    @tescomobile Hi, I’m a tesco colleague and have been experiencing massive signal problems in the last couple of months. Calls don’t come through to me at home and there are no missed call messages. So far I’ve missed 3 hospital appts and 2 doctors appts. Please help 🙏🏻

    @tescomobile your customer service is shocking. Currently can’t: Receive/make calls Receive/send texts Use data. After 4 store visits, 8+ calls to support and 8+ promises of a call back you have done nothing. 9 weeks & £70 = Waste of money and time Sort it out
