  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@tescomobile Nothing you can help with was merely pointing out offering extras for those still with you doesn't help those no longer using Tesco Mobile or any other provider who did that.

  • porcinesludge hello human (@porcinesludge) reported

@chris_carley @dazzypops @tescomobile I could never do that, my mobile signal to my house is terrible, no-one that I choose helps, I'd love to be able to use unlimited data through my phone

  • tigressuk tigress (@tigressuk) reported

@tescomobile Not sure why you’re “sorry” for other networks?! I wanted to be on your network and you couldn’t provide a signal to my village! So I had no option but to go to with an alternative!!

  • SwarveStudios SwarveStudios (@SwarveStudios) reported

@porcinesludge @dazzypops @tescomobile Yeah but whats the signal like on voda?

  • jonmuggle Jon (@jonmuggle) reported

@tescomobile No 4G/Wi-fi calling and signal ain’t no where near as good as EE. If it doesn’t change bt the end of my contract then I won’t be renewing

  • KetamineMr MrKetamine (@KetamineMr) reported

@ChowdryGwenn @guinesschugger2 @tescomobile Oh **** that's serious maybe you should report it, if it was the Easter bunny, maybe it's fine but just a regular old rabbit. Disgusting.

  • KetamineMr MrKetamine (@KetamineMr) reported

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile As someone who works for a phone company I can say it's probably not tescos fault but what's in your house is a signal blocker, things like the insulation, types of windows thickness of walls etc. If it worked outside then it's more likely the house.

  • JasmineFourn Jas (@JasmineFourn) reported

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile Erm they run off O2.. it’s not the networks fault if the service in one particular house is bad, ring up o2 and get a booster

  • VBScab So...Brexit: an outstanding success so far, eh? (@VBScab) reported

@tescomobile Your tweet purports that you are a network. You're not: you're an MVNO on O2's network. My point was that the tweet's wording is plain wrong. It should be ”Are there any other mobile providers that you think should be sorry?” I figure the appalling grammar should be fixed too.

  • NeilRos90967240 Neil Ross (@NeilRos90967240) reported

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile Scam. £16 per month for 500 minutes of calls. Charges rose 2x in last year. When I needed to make some calls during a family bereavement totally lost service and paid another £10 to get it restored. Now with O2. Unlimited calls. Half the price.
