    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @TescoMobile I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a customer for 2months &my contract hasn’t worked since I purchased it. I’ve contacted customer service many times &have not reached a resolution. I expect better from a major company. #disappointed

    @andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've had a problem with @tescomobile too,was having serious issues with 4 accounts so cancelled and was assured no early termination fees, then my new bill arrived I was expecting a "final bill" with a nominal figure only to find they've charged me early termination fees, 😡

    @tescomobile I’ve requested to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come the phone. How am I supposed to complain about the staff not doing their jobs properly? I’ve been trying to sort out this issue for an entire week!

    @tescomobile Such appalling service following a number migration issue. No one available to escalate my complaint to. No evidence you are even trying to fix it.

    .... @tescomobile your network for Internet is absolutely shite, no connection for hours and loads of drop out. Honestly never go to tesco mobile I been with them 2 weeks.
