Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

@tescomobile have just hung up on my elderly parents. Dreadful customer service!! No help whatsoever. They have being paying for a contract that they have no sim for. 7 weeks and still waiting!!

@tescomobile Still no fix :-( I’m just being asked to wait 24 hours by one person over email, 5 days by another over twitter, and still no firm update as to what has gone wrong and how/when it’s actually going to be resolved.
