Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@electron_greg @tescomobile I done the same, joined @SMARTYMobileUK got exact same package, free calls, texts, 30GB data for £10 pcm. I was paying elsewhere at £42, their service was shocking, so I left as should you Greg

@tescomobile hi was wondering if there’s any issues with the network at all? Having to jump onto public WiFi as I can’t receive anything, including texts/calls? Have tried switching my phone on and off but hasn’t worked….

@tescomobile No problems indoors with EE or Voda just the Tesco / O2 network is a failure here, so maybe direct some of that investment to the unglamorous countryside rather than city's

@tescomobile It's absolutely impossible to get through to your customer services. My contract has finished and I need to speak with someone about upgrade options. Have you fired all your customer services people? Where are they???

@tescomobile Just remember that Tesco are using the o2 masts & the o2 signal is terrible I’ve been with them nearly two years with little to no signal I’m in a 3 year contrast & have had to buy a cheap EE sim to make call that don’t drop. I’m buying myself out of my contract then legal action

@tescomobile I want to download a copy of one of my mobile bills via the website (under bills & payments) which I’ve done before, but it won’t let me as it says”sorry we’re currently experiencing some technical problems”, when will this be fixed?
