    @tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .
