Some Guy called Andrew (@darklighthim1) reported@tescomobile I have a 6 month old TCL 10 Pro with a sim plan, but the phone has been having software issues for a while. I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?

H.Bomb (@harryt84) reported@tescomobile Two calls today, one to Internet, dropped at 20 mins, just been on hold to my car insurance, dripped at 31 minutes. Everywhere I go, I use it at home, or try to. Have to call them.back, and rejoin the queue again. No signal issues. This is a network problem.
