    @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

    @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

    @colinsmith50 @tescomobile I do not understand why Tesco mobile is being criticized or complained about every single day but none of the other companies. My experience of them is that they are one of the best companies in the UK for service and everything

    I wonder if @tescomobile is ever going to sort out issue we have with a number going from contract to payg .. ?? Nearly a month now .. numerous live chats , phonecalls and even a complaint ... To be told to wait ... And wait ... And wait ?? Waited long enough now

    @tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a Β£3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me Β£3 plus the Β£5 buffer back.
