  • SJamesAuthor Steph (@SJamesAuthor) reported

Has anyone else had a sudden drop in signal with @tescomobile ? I’m being told it’s due to a busy area but that can’t have suddenly happened a couple of weeks ago. I can barely make a phone call without issues. Seriously considering switching to someone else. Any recommendations?

  • WhyNotts_ 🤔 (@WhyNotts_) reported

@MrMarkH7 @tescomobile @Tesco From what I witnessed it was just staff members getting involved, no security personnel, & they were dismissive of the incident & openly offensive to the man trying to stand up for his carer & himself following the actions of the shoppers

  • MrMarkH7 MrMarkH (@MrMarkH7) reported

@WhyNotts_ @tescomobile @Tesco This sounds an unfortunate incident...each store tends to have security personnel and these staff are normally available to deal with issues such as the one highlighted. My apologies for the distress caused to the man and his carer 🙏🏾

@rogcarder @tescomobile If you get an iPhone, then that won’t be a problem.

@WhyNotts_ @tescomobile @Tesco What makes you say that, have you had a bad experience?

  • Natalie81239998 Natalie (@Natalie81239998) reported

@tescomobile Anyone reading this go with EE they just price matched Tesco. The customer service is appalling and once your in a contract they make it very difficult and expensive to get out of it. Ive just paid £288.50 in order to get out.
