    @tescomobile It's been cancelled from my banks end, as the bill date was changed well in advance (when I made a previous payment, in February) advisor told me there have been a lot of system errors recently, so not my fault.

    @tescomobile I confirm nothings changed,appalling service 3 weeks without ability to use what they pay for, post code CM1 4EX. This needs sorting straight away, they were with @TheO2 you aren’t out of the woods if you don’t sort this out between you I’m going to report you both

    @tescomobile Even the agent on the phone seemed outraged at how much the repair would cost (lovely woman, and she gave enough of a crap to actually get my name correct) Finally, do you know how the accident happened? The phone fell out of my pocket, approximately ONE INCH from the floor.

    @tescomobile Following a very unsatisfactory phone call with a Tesco customer services rep I am now led to believe that you are happy to advertise items you don't have in stock. The rather glib answer I was given was "it is what it is" - Pathetic
