    @tescomobile She has been waiting for an e-mail with instructions since yesterday afternoon... still nothing and zero signal; she is now regretting to switch from EE for the sack of more gigabytes (which she cannot use for last 2 weeks). Disappointed indeed

    @tescomobile I need help.... I PAID for an early upgrade, but cannot use my new phone until my 'older' contract runs out, which isnt for 10 more days? However everything has been switched to my new number on my new phone.... very frustrating!!!

    @wayne386 @freemanatorf1 @tescomobile I’d say the same. I was with Tesco mobile for quite a few years but kept losing the 3G/4G when on my Google maps. Sadly left them and went to EE, much better signal

    @tescomobile trying to sort grandmother in-laws phone. 2 representatives have put the phone down on is instead of actually sorting the problem. Absolutely shocking.

    @DanielMcmorrow @tescomobile Hello, sorry to say, but Tesco mobile also use the O2 infrastructure, so you might have similar issues to what you’re currently experiencing.

    @tescomobile 40 mins on the phone to upgrade phone. Cut off , not called back . You really do have the WORST customer care. #terriblecustomerservice
