    @tescomobile hi just wondering how do I block a number from leaving voicemails. I have blocked the number from my iPhone but the number is still able to leave me a voicemail ?? Please help

    @tescomobile what an absolute shambles your call centre is apparently a manager can’t call back to resolve an issue … as your staff can’t .held 30 mins and it is useless

    @tescomobile @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK honestly, I have had enough of my sim dropping out and having to contact you! Before you ask, don't ask me to take my sim etc etc. This happened with my last samsung mobile. I have had new sims in the past. All these issues still happen.

    @tescomobile so handy the app and extra data services are down at the end of the month at midnight 👍🏻 it shut me down

    @tescomobile terrible service from this Tesco. Trying to get hold of their fraud team as a mobile contract has been taken out in my name, whilst never applying. Can’t get to speak to anyone urgently to get this matter resolved and no records taken of conversations when you do cal

    Also I was looking for help from @tescomobile as I'm technologically inept and confused. Left feeling even more confused, an even more inept. Since found a way to text it in, but the advisor told me that wasn't an option? Lack of disability or awareness training?
