@tescomobile Whats the point in the perspex, or the arrowed box? Whoever designed your "covid safe" environment doesn't quite understand it. Again, the psychology of talking down to customers creates an atmosphere no one likes. Staff pointing down to a chair as if your a naughty child?

@tescomobile It has always been the case. You’ve had a few complaints off me. Basically your waving the white flag here in SWales. Your engineers know this so you really could sort the pricing out. I shouldn’t be paying the same as someone getting full signal.
