@hoggson @tescomobile @SkyUK Strange that when Tesco & Sky both piggyback on the O2 network

  • VioletSkyDiver 🪐VioletSkyDiver🚀 (@VioletSkyDiver) reported

@tescomobile hey, I just wanted to know what your policy is on user repair / modification. The back of my A51 is very scratched and I'm thinking of replacing it. Would this cause an issue within my contract? Thanks

  • leweygee1 Lewis (@leweygee1) reported

@tescomobile It literally did not mention that it would get wiped off it just said my bill renews. That did not suggest to me that it renewed and got rid of what I paid for. Unfortunately you've lost a customer, when my contract ends I will go with a competitor. Thanks

  • TablaUK Manish Parmar (@TablaUK) reported

@tescomobile I've been a Tesco customer for years. No issues with their service, network or support. Brilliant price also.

  • StevePogson1 Steve Pogson #BoycottPalmOil (@StevePogson1) reported

@tescomobile And nothing happened - customer service is not a strength is it?

  • JPICT123 JP (@JPICT123) reported

@tescomobile @VOXI_UK is there for me, in fact my price has even gone down with the special offers👌

  • BhaviniShah Bhavini Shah (@BhaviniShah) reported from London, England

@Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

  • noisy_guy Guy Jeffries (@noisy_guy) reported

So #tescomobile has a rubbish website like something from the 1990's with lots of pretend security hoops that only work properly on desktop. Yep that bad, for a mobile service. Tesco showing how it invests in its service.

  • CarlHar22800367 Gene Poole (@CarlHar22800367) reported

@tescomobile Is there anyway I can log in & manage my account online without the phone in my possession? It keeps wanting to send a OTP, but the phone is with my daughter who lives on a farm (poor signal), so can’t always receive texts?

  • DeltaNC Delta (@DeltaNC) reported

@tescomobile That’s one side, but you don’t support calls over 4G or WiFi which in a way makes your signal worse call wise. Also if I call 112 (999) but pass out (or can’t talk) your network does not tell emergency services where I am. Also no visual voicemail so takes ages to listen.
