🌻Clare Aspin🌻 (@Clare_Aspin) reported@tescomobile having an awful time. Bought my son a refurbed phone for Christmas and within a few hours it keeps shutting down. Went instore and they won’t help. Chat directed me to self service. Self service directs me to contact Apple. You sold me a broken phone and won’t help!

I have zero confidence anything is being done as shown from previous calls . Why has it taken from 18th of Dece to rectify something a **** up made by tesco!

A new sim needs to be sent but there is no process to allow the sim to be sent abroad where he is using the phone . Hugely disappointing as my father will need to travel on his own without a phone
