    @tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

    It has yet to be found, had some cash, keys and worst of all her phone, with some pictures that aren’t backed up. All efforts did not find it, and we couldn’t stay to see if it turned up at the end. Phone is blocked, and a lovely @tescomobile wished us luck 🧵

    @tescomobile I cannot call out - live chat telling me to call customer care but I cannot dial any number. Telling me to use a friend or family members phone - I live alone. What can I do?

    @tescomobile any news yet on when the error for changing your safety buffer will be fixed ? 7 days is a long time not to be able to change it. Errors on the website and the APP fails to recognise your Pin Number

    @tescomobile Yes she can't receive calls from your network. The whole family is on the same network, tesco mobile, and she can't receive calls from us

    @tescomobile after being a customer for mobiles over a number of years we have tried to upgrade 2 phones but as the direct debit has never been set up by yourselves and we pay online we have been turned down due to we have to prove 3 direct debit payments to upgrade

    @tescomobile DMd already "No issue" on your end, cannot cancel without penalty as data connection and calls/texts outside on 3 contracts we have. Wifi calling roll out slow. Signal inside is zero and patchy outside. Will post our signal image daily as a reference for potential new customers.
