@tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

@Ofcom I wonder if you can help? TescoMobile have cut me off. My husband died recently of a brain tumour. The account was in his name though I maintained the account for the last 20years. They haven’t transferred to another service or sent a sim. I am already upset as it is.

@tescomobile I hope finding you won’t be the needle in a haystack I experienced. I had sleepless night of worry, Probably exaggerated by my trauma of grief. this was the final straw for me. Anyway I am pleased to have a service restored.

@tescomobile changed to Tesco for the first time and worst experience ever, after over a week now and still can’t receive or make calls and cannot send messages and all I get is sorry for this matter, I am fed up with sorry and just want this matter resolved.

@tescomobile I never use more,than 25% of my mobile data but this month you say I have gone over it. I have done nothing so have had to turn my mobile data off. Where can I see exactly when and where the data was used. This just shows as a single figure in my account? Thanks
