@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile this morning when my data renewed last night...it now says I've used 12gb of my 25gb allowance..I've only just logged on!!! It says sorry there's been a glitch...and to contact you..I had problems yesterday..this is wrong!!!!

@tescomobile You conspire with this company,and they quick to set up take premiums,but if you cancel,they ignore and send you letters 3 months later saying you ain't cancelled...complete fraud...who regulates you and your practices

@tescomobile Since upgrading my contract I cannot access my data. Once my Safety Buffer has been used I am cut off. Two days onto customer service and an afternoon in store. No joy. Will you cancel this contract as you can't fulfill it?

@tescomobile so at tesco in Rochdale 2 staff on but can only serve 1 customer in the section… here’s a business tip - just have 1 staff member on as the other staff member us just stood around!!
