@EveAinsworth @jocotterillbook @tescomobile If ever I have to set up a pre-agreement, I always cancel it on the same day. It's frightening if you read what you are actually agreeing to.

@tescomobile It's even better if you can offer the data service I've paid for (10 weeks and STILL the engineers are trying to fix it). My bill will go down if I accept your offer of a £26 refund due to the data mast not working. I'd rather have data but I'll say, woo hoo

@tescomobile Im allowed to comment on posts though and make my own comments? Or is that not allowed? I was just making a comment on the service I've received in 3 months is different to someone who has been with Tesco Mobile in 5 years.

@tescomobile Rather use my Clubpoints to be converted into vouchers to use to pay towards my grocery bill.Never had my mobile bill go down or up. I’m a retired colleague of Tesco.

@chrisisadolphin @StewMasters @tescomobile I struggle getting data and it's taken 10 weeks for them to offer to cancel the contract if I pay off the phone (option available to me anyway) or 2 months data back. The customer service is excellent but the actual phone service is very poor (in my experience).

@tescomobile If the food prices are really going down, why is my usual bill so high? At the beginning of Lockdown, it was about £60 for a week's shop. Lately it's been £40 more than that and one week was double.

@AskPayPal @tescomobile The phone we originally used for @tescomobile has not been in use for months and was never used for gaming. This is further evidence that money has been taken fraudulently. We are now approaching media outlets regarding this, as no one is listening to us

@tescomobile Why is everything 25p dearer for everything in tesco than every other supermarket even with clubcard discount. Youre despicable, using everyone as a cash cow, profiteering during a national crisis on the back of bumper profits during lockdown. Usury of the worst kind
