@UninhP @tescomobile @UninhP you will never get Tesco Mobile to admit a fault. It's like all large corporate companies, they've stopped putting the customer first, it's all about the money. I mean why bother informing you of changes to your plan when it means they are cashing in?

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile @Craftygirl72 That would be your fault for not checking if the network covered your area before entering a contract

@XanderWright3 @tescomobile It's funny how "contracts" only ever apply to businesspeople, never employees/consumers. We're the only ones who are actually contracted to do anything while they can change the terms whenever they feel like it :S

@tescomobile I have not been able to send texts from my phone or iPad since 1530 today ( on Tesco mobile) I’ve tried the usual - turning off, unlinking and linking internet, checking local signal issues, forcing a reboot etc - nothing - but I can receive - Any ideas??

@tescomobile is it just me or is the signal really bad today? Usual weak spots yes as standard but usually pretty good. I have been between Birmingham and London today.

@UninhP @tescomobile Same with every contract, youre supposed to manually cancel it yourself you have a contracted term and once it’s up it’s up. Hence one year/two year contracts. Your privs and price offers only last the duration of your contract. It’s common knowledge you have to cancel yourself.

@tescomobile Genuinely have never had an issue with @VodafoneUK they replaced my sim immediately free of charge, they told me my contract was up and put me on a sim only contract for £20 a month which took 30 seconds over the phone. Brilliant mobile provider.

@tescomobile How about a company that sells two different contracts as if two different time periods but then charges you if you leave wish to change the first contract before the second has expired? You should be saying sorry, losing a customer of 12 years in six months time.
