@tescomobile That doesn't help as my account isn't showing me the date it started or expires. Where do I get that info?

@tescomobile Thanks Tesco, I'll be switching to another service; what an absolute joke 😞

@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained

@tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Hey @tescomobile It’s been 28 since I’ve asked for a SAR - no response at all. Unable to make a complaint, talk to anyone and SARS has been ignored . Next step please before ICO

@tescomobile Hi. I’m currently in Spain and having an issue with your data service. It was working fine and now has slowed right down. I’m still in my data allowance and wondered if there was an issue? Regards, Joe

@tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

@tescomobile @MartinSLewis If this is how a complaints manager responds what hope do I have? Please contact Sahira complaints manager as she has somehow missed my email stating that I want to keep complaint open and have SAR

Remarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile This fits with my mums recent experience - I can't believe how poor it's been! Currently planning to cancel her contract and get her a decent service
