i’ve genuinely had nothing but issues with tesco mobile for months, my internet keeps going over so i upgraded n somehow i’ve used 11gb in 13 days ?? when my mobile data is off literally 21 hours of the day. 🥲 @tescomobile

@klambechops @tescomobile I've had issues too. My account looks to have been hacked by somebody else. I now cant access my account. Trying to explain it to Tesco mobile is useless. I want to have another contract. I'm about to change to Virgin. I've had enough.

@tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.
