Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a ยฃ3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me ยฃ3 plus the ยฃ5 buffer back.

This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know whatโs going on. Itโs never been this difficult with other providers!
