This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.

Gracie🐦 (@mydogisafreak) reported@tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?
