    @tescomobile what a bad bit of service right now no service on your contract phone for over a month now and you are not helping me much here you dont know when its going to be up and running and still wanting me to pay for not being able to use a phone

    @tescomobile contacted call centre about App, they confirmed there are issues it. Why don’t you send a txt or notification. Third company recently I have contacted using South African call centre, lines always awful, data being seen outside UK is wrong

    @tescomobile my whole family will be leaving tesco mobile tomorrow. The most useless provider! I don't care that you run on the O2 network, you're crap! My son was stuck at a festival for 4 hrs today, totally unable to contact a single one of us. Never had this with @GiffGaff !!

    @tescomobile at home it has been this way for over a month and to have a young child at home as well and not even able to call 999 if needed because there is no service is out of this world and you still want to take money out my hand

    @tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.
