@tescomobile hi there. Got a quick question to help out my octogenarian dad who's a customer of yours. He has a pay as you go phone with you but wants a new one. He can't get the sim out of the old phone. If he buys a new phone from you, can you transfer his number to a new sim?

  • tashpotatoe Tash (@tashpotatoe) reported

@tescomobile I was just wondering: if I had to send my out of warranty phone for repair but I could not afford it all at once, would you be able to sort a payment plan for me? (On pay monthly plan if that is of any help)

@tescomobile my wifi is down so i’m using data but the app is not working so i can’t check how much i have left

  • clewsyworld Marc (@clewsyworld) reported

@Chrisitv This is a bad move and won't bring customers benefits. Let's be honest, inflation has been going up in this sector annually because of the imposed price hikes. Only @tescomobile and @zeninternet appear to freeze contract prices in this sector.

@tescomobile I was reluctant to get another Tesco phone on 0² as I've been without a signal at home on my current one for 3 years. However I was persuaded, and after half a day of trying to set up the brand new phone (and new Sim) I still don't have a signal. I am so frustrated!

  • BrokenToyCo Dex Hannon Artist (@BrokenToyCo) reported

5 Today. Phone is now dead. Emergency calls only. I cannot even phone @tescomobile to tell them they have cut me off and still havent got my address correct. Its a simple thing to do. I managed to move house. to a new city. Tesco cannot deliver a new sim. #verylittlehelps.

  • Nikmcg8 nikmcg7 (@Nikmcg8) reported

@tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

  • SparklyLou75 Louise Archibald (@SparklyLou75) reported

@tescomobile absolutely furious at being misold a new phone and misinformed not to mention shocking lack of customer service. How do I make a formal complaint. What a way to treat your elderly disabled customers
