    Hey @tescomobile, got any tips on how to fix your signal so I can receive calls? (Not happening all the time) Not currently working and I'm really starting to wonder if I've missed very important calls

    @alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile I have an Alcatel 1B 2020 32GB. One of the Android updates broke the option to increase font size above 130%. Google released a fix for this to manufacturers last year. Nokia & others have released a fix for their customers. Why has Alcatel not fixed this?

    @tescomobileire No1 in the store can help! I can’t ring the customer care because I am no longer a Tesco customer and then the web chat just tell me to get in touch with the store!!?? The most frustrating customer service I’ve ever dealt with!! Don’t sign up with @tescomobile …

    @tescomobile Tried answering reply on FB,have downloaded app but if,as suggested,I switch tariff I lose remaining credit but as I haven't used any that means I lose all.Can you just switch please so I don't lose it-when I bought sim I explained what I needed.Can't get signal to call.thank you

    If anyone is thinking of signing up to Tesco mobile I strongly advise not to.!!!! €300 bill for “over using data” when my phone didn’t even work for 2 weeks of the month?!! Impossible!Customer service is atrocious!! Can’t get answers anywhere!🤬 @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews
