I'm being told I can try a new SIM card but the one that came with phone made no difference to me getting the 'waiting for connection' error when trying to text. Having no service whilst that displays. I've had to take the SIM out twice and restart phone. From Google help!

Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.
