    @tescomobile Why do I have to be honest phone hanging around for an hour 2 hours or more it's ridiculous and I don't have to keep repeating myself over and over again on this damn messages I've paid to bills out since June I'm just gutted how I've been treated

    @tescomobile Last night i purchased a phone and have not been sent a tracking number for the order but when i go into the dpd site it says the code i enter is incorrect despite entering the code i have recieved in my email, can i have help?

    @tescomobile so I go to your store, again, to try, again, to get the phone working, only to be told the stores shut! And this is after waiting on line for 1 hour 35 mins with no answer to sort the problem…. Shocking… I await your explanation…

    @tescomobile I’m trying to replace my son’s broken phone but can’t sign the credit agreement because I need to enter a PIN number, which you send to the broken phone so I can’t access it. There must be a way round this but your help centre can’t help.

    @tescomobile hi iv purchased a phone contract today with Tesco but there has been a problem with my old contract. My phone is getting delivered tmz. There is 14 days to return. Is that correct? As I need to return it.

    @tescomobile No. Just the one that’s broken. I had to phone from my landline because I couldn’t get into my account online without the pin. I don’t understand why the new contract couldn’t be emailed or why promised return calls haven’t been made.
