    @tescomobile if you are going to run call centers and online CS please make sure they have the info needed to help .Today I spoke to someone online who wasn't interested & told me to come back later, then by phone 1st lovely lady tried to help transferred me but cut me off

    @tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

    @tescomobile Practically every day somebody complains about Tesco mobile on here. No other Company gets such complaints. Every day you are made to look bad it is not in your interest for this to be happening do not accept complaints on x.

    Man I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
