    @tescomobile I’ve been with Tesco mobile for nearly six years paying 23.99 a month on iPhone SE 2nd generation & I get 2 gig data included & prices never gone up only if I go over Safety buffer but can upgrade 6.2023 my only gripe is Shop Staff are not tech savvy enough they don’t know much👍

    I am a pay as you go customer @tescomobile and I just don't understand where my credit is going??? If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

    @tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
