@tescomobile @StanAHill He's not the only one feeling this way. Please check the nenthead noticeboard on facebook, there are multiple threads of loads of people having the same issue. We have reported pretty much every day, and seem to be getting fobbed off too.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.
