@philburns @tescomobile This is data. It didn't work in Talbot Green or Cardiff. I suspect it's an issue on the account, as with my own phone. I cannot believe how badly Tesco has treated me. The lack of service and support has been shocking.

I can't even leave within the 14 cooling off period because my number is in limbo so they can't give me a PAC code. My son is now saying that nothing data enabled is working from him. Fobbed off repeatedly by Tesco.
