@tescomobile sending me out an expired SIM card on my upgrade. Paying for a SIM card and a phone I cannot use. Cannot log into my remote access for work or anything. Only took 4 agents- x1 in store, x1 on the phone and x2 on the online chat to identify that I wasn’t the issue..👍🏻

How generous of #tescomobile to give free unlimited data allowance on Xmas day to their customers. When 99% of country was at home using their home Wi-Fi. How stupid do they think we are. And how cheap are they.

@tescomobile Yes... 11am daily.. when i told your customer service yesterday morning that xmas post can't guarantee delivery. She wasn't interested. Told i must just wait.
