Also @tescomobile what are Dad’s chances of a refund on Mam’s monthly phone fee (£7) since her death? I realise it’s our fault for not cancelling, but you can check that he’s been paying for an unused service. It would really help him with his fuel bills. Goodwill? #tescomobile

@tescomobile The girl I spoke to was totally useless, she was asking such stupid questions, I asked to be transfd to someone with some technical knowledge, she refused. I gave up in the end my 84 year old mum went back to the shop all she had to do was turn it off and on again

@tescomobile @EE Hi Maria, I am afraid we still have problems. The new phone has the old telephone number on it now, which is great. Unfortunately when my father is texting the phone is sending it from the new number it came with which is a bit weird. The old phone is turned off completely.

@tescomobile @WhichUK How do I make a formal complaint to Tesco about customer service and being overcharged on my final bill by £47.81? Despite calling multiple times and being told it would be updated (twice told in 24 hours, then told in 4 hours), it has not been.

@tescomobile @PrivacyMatters I had same problem with Tesco mobile,Tesco run on O2 network,I have 3 year contract with them they cancelled my SIM contact but I still have to pay for the Phone 🫤 I'm with voxi mobile now run by Vodafone

@tescomobile I've just arrived in Canada and my phone won't work because I've exceeded my cap set at £40 but I only made one call of a minute's duration when I arrived. I can't login to my account either to see what's happened. I need to be able to use my phone. Please help.
