    @tescomobile after being a customer for well over 10 years, and having had a faulty phone for 6 months, and being told on the previous 2 days someone will call me within 24 hours, I am utterly disgusted with one of your customer "care" team,shouted, rude, and worse, bye 4ever

    @tescomobile Shows no problem s yet my phone on 1 bar for signal as has been for last 4 months. That is with a new sim and going al the troubleshooting possible.

    @tescomobile hi! I'm trying to upgrade my phone 9months early but everytime I try to process this it keeps trying to upgrade another member of my family contract I'm paying for with no option to upgrade my own contract? Help please and thank you 👍

    @tescomobile Help please! I accidentally clicked on triple credit on my online account, so it is now processing my tariff to change to this method. It is a brand new sim card that I am trying to set up for work but I want to be on the £10 rocket pack bundle!

    And now @tescomobile "Shiv" has cut me off from the chat once I pointed that out. I had also highlighted that my mum had fallen whilst rushing to the phone and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience ". Never answered my question.
