@tescomobile any chance of someone getting in touch regarding my ongoing problems with connection ? Last contact on DM was 21/10 & I was told someone would be calling me - obviously they can’t call me on the mobile due to the shocking service but no call on my land line yet 😡

@tescomobile what is wrong with your customer service advisors? We call for help, told to take sim out and when we said it will take second when we find something to get the sim out the advisor says "if you are going to be long I will cut off and you will have to call back"!

@tescomobile I’ve tried everything. I now@have service but my usage shows as maxed out so I can’t call or text anyone or use any data! And apparently when people try to call me, it rings twice and goes to voicemail. I have lost a whole day of work because of this. 🤬

@tescomobile They are not correct. It is not physically possible to have used that much data in 50 seconds with a low usage app. I've been a great customer of yours since you launched. I have 2 contracts with you (mine and my son's). Your loss.

@tescomobile Thank you for reply. It appears that o2 have let you guys and myself down once again. This is becoming a recurring issue and is quite unacceptable. Where would I register a complaint

@tescomobile This is after completing the Barclaycard SMS-based 2FA authorisation. I suspect the CSP failure is relevant (there are also other CSP problems on the site with fonts, but I don't think they're relevant)
