    @tescomobile Trouble is there is never anyone available as I said you only get as far as a robot. Why don’t but you just send me a new sim as you already know who I am. This is getting rather silly. You need more advisors

    Can't believe @tescomobile! Firstly they lie that a stolen phone has been blocked, then they block the phone that you called them on to check! Mother in hospital, and no phone due to their stupidity! SERIOUS COMPLAINT AHEAD!

    @MrsTatt @tescomobile My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @tescomobile That is correct pay as you go, when i click on the basket it automatically takes me to the sign in page and my tesco sign in details are already there so i sign in. Am i doing something wrong?

    @MrsTatt @tescomobile I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve my stranded account.
