Another day of total ineptitude @tescomobile . That’s an entire week now since you said you were transferring my number. Instead I have had no calls for a week. You can’t even tell me when it will get solved. Incredibly poor customer experience.

Anyone tempted by @tescomobile deals - DON’T. Cancelled in 14 day cooling off period mid Jan,never used the service,still they keep billing me. 5 phone calls so far, assured it’s resolved but yet another email today demanding payment Awful customer service

@tescomobile . allowance has renewed for the next month and after many promises from Customer Care that they would change my safety buffer “manually” it still is unchanged and still doesn’t change on the website and the App. Getting bored now .
