@tescomobile Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been charged €253 extra this month after being scammed by the DHL text scam doing the rounds. The scam used all my monthly text allowance. Also I was charged €50 reconnection fee. Take this charge off NOW. Disgraceful

@tescomobile Nobody contacted me following my complaint on Friday despite assurances. Every time I have spoken with someone it's been when I've called them. That's terrible enough, but the lady I spoke to this afternoon couldn't even give me the information about the complaints procedure!

@tescomobile AVOID must be 1 of the worst companys customer service av dealt with when cancelling/ paying off a contract(2 phones on it) whoever she was wasnt happy and i think shes actually locked the phone of an account thats 2 years was up so technically the phone was payed 4
