Consistent, knowledgeable and patient help over the years from James in the park road tesco phone shop. Nothing he can’t fix! I’d highly recommend and would only buy a phone or contract here #thebest @Tesco @tescomobile

@tescomobile @IamRobKemp I have, the SUBSTANDARD REFURBISHED replacement has had an issue with the key pad from day one, their reply the screen cover is too thick and fobbed my daughter off. Taking it up at my local Tesco mobile store. As stated check out reviews. Don’t take out their insurance.

@tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!

@tescomobile Yes engineering work in our area but it’s not due to be fixed until April 2. Again, why am I still having to pay full price for a service I CANNOT use and that is preventing me from completing important tasks?
