  • DaHorsfall Dan horsfall (@DaHorsfall) reported

If travelling abroad don’t use @tescomobile unless you want a massive bill. Four phones with them and only advice is up your buffer.Time to move network #disgrace #ripoff

  • ClayCroome Adam Clay-Croome (@ClayCroome) reported

@tescomobile Happy to DM, but a manager just told me I must go into the store to get my complaint resolved, which is not what your policy says at all. We can DM, by all means, as long as you're going to get your policy right, otherwise I'll save my time and complain directly to the ombudsman.

Numerous times a day, every single day @tescomobile signal drops out. No matter where I am! Always get the standard replies "try 3G over 4G/5G" "Turn on/off Airplane mode" Nothing fixes it until the signal decides it's ready to return itself! It's becoming an absolute joke!
