@tescomobile Condescending BS from a company that is literally replacing staff with robots...which big moblie network does tesco ghost from?

  • I_Returneth Stephen (@I_Returneth) reported

@jambon2021 @tescomobile I was never tied to a 24 month contract with Tesco Mobile. 🤔Also Smarty are just Three in drag - routinely one of the worst UK networks.

  • bodlingboy bodlingboy (@bodlingboy) reported

@tescomobile Never had a problem tesco mobile but am going to leave shortly as you do not stock Google Pixel 6 which is the next phone I want. Probably go to O2. 🙈

  • ToonExile9 ToonExile (@ToonExile9) reported

@tescomobile You charged me £50 extra saying I used up to 50gb of data, yes that 50gb 😳 for 3 days in Spain when I made a few work calls, (not video)and emails (not video). So you’re not doing too bad yourselves. I’m off with my 3 numbers at the end of contract, sure you won’t miss me….

  • FlyJJ_187 John (@FlyJJ_187) reported

@tescomobile I really thought Britain’s biggest supermarket just swore. But I’ll stick with you as long as you can fix the signal problems where I live.

  • DrBitcoinPhD 🐸₿🏴‍☠️ (@DrBitcoinPhD) reported

@tescomobile How much do you think Tesco has made from charging higher than RRP for items when a customer doesn’t have their clubcard?

  • bombalaya James 🏳️‍🌈 (@bombalaya) reported

@tescomobile Tesco mobile is literally just O2. They use O2s network and tech. So if you get bad signal on O2, you'll get bad signal on Tesco mobile. "But you can use clubcard points!" Also, if you want Aldi prices...go to Aldi. #sorrynotsorry

  • TotalGamingGrp Total Gaming Addicts 🎮💻 (@TotalGamingGrp) reported

@tescomobile @SackDCummings And just like that I'll never consider Tesco Mobile as a provider; Customer support shouldn't be condescending. You review your deals to be competitive, but you won't go out of your way to tell your customers they're overpaying. No wonder this customer is annoyed.

  • ZomeDash Levi (@ZomeDash) reported

@tonyforindy @tescomobile @SMARTYMobileUK Problem with smarty is they run on three, so you're guaranteed a **** signal wherever you go.

  • BartramDave Dave Bartram (@BartramDave) reported

@tescomobile Its not a phone issue as my wife has the same problem. Not sure about other locations - home wifi is down & your 4G is so slow it is almost unusable. Surely with full 5 bars of signal I should expect to get more than 0.2Mb download speeds EE was on a par with broadband speeds
