@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews she has always used Tesco mobile and never wanted to change to the other networks, always shopped at Tesco etc. But the treatment she had on the phone was really not good and unfortunately tainted her love for the brand. Less helpful online Tesco.2

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews I have always used Tesco mobile, and I've been rewarded for my loyalty with a faulty phone and no offer of help online. The Bridgend store told me that I should be offered a replacement. Lady from the Tesco mobile online however would not help (2/2)

@tescomobile when phone contract ends planning on transferring number to a new account in my name (as someone else currently pays). Was told until I don't upgrade or cancel this would be a rolling contract, would this be the same for the new account

@tescomobile You don’t use your own network. You piggy back of others that have invested in the strength of its service.

@Toadsanime @tescomobile This is a horrible marketing technique, if you can only gain customers by denouncing other companies, that's a trash business model

@tescomobile Yes I am aware if that I’m not thick🙄 Apparently so but they can’t give me a time scale for when it will be sorted and I’m not paying for a service that isn’t being provided absolute time wasters

@tescomobile Or just dump the contract model like giffgaff. If your service is truly good, people will stay. Dont hold your customers hostage with a piece of paper
