    @tescomobile It is a pay monthly Sim. She had a contract with you that ended but she switched to a sim deal as she's happy with the service. We'll call her from here on WiFi (WhatsApp etc) but she needs something that can be used to dial home when she's out of WiFi reception. 🤞🏻

    @tescomobile Trouble shooting is of no help. I find it disappointing that you actively sell something on a 3year device contract which then only has 24mth warranty. I’ll see if I can get any help from Apple direct.

    Made the mistake of moving family mobiles to @tescomobile - utterly dire coverage and quality of service. It’s soooo bad I’m facing quite an early termination fee but the service is just so dire I cannot keep the mobiles with them. I could not recommend them.

    @tescomobile I've now taken my sim out of my phone and put my wife's sim in, and have no issues. I have also put my sim in my wife's phone, which also works... I give up. It's not the device, not the sim, but the sim and device combo...
