@tescomobile Moved from EE to Tesco mobile for one of these deals. The difference in customer service is shocking. All I’m trying to do is transfer my number - 9 phone calls, a different response each time and now day 2 of no working phone number. Truly, truly awful.

@tescomobile I bought a phone from Tesco mobile. I was assured it was unlocked even after asking the assistant twice. But no, instead the birthday present was ruined. Is this what constitutes customer service nowadays? Lying to the customer to make a sale?
