I've been emailing back & forth all day between @tescomobile & @Tesco Clubcard department for the clubcard points I didn't receive when purchasing a phone last week. Both departments are telling me it's down to the other department to sort it. Just give me my points! 🙄 #Tesco

@tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service,tried on three different days to make payment as had problem with dd,but ‘system not working’ is not good enough and telling ME to call you back as you can’t call outbound is ridiculous for a communication company???!

@tescomobile no service since Wednesday last week. Was told it would be back Saturday PM. Still no service and just been told it won’t be back until Thursday PM and “nothing I can do about it, ring back Friday” Great. Impact banking and business. Very poor service 😡😡😡 CA124AT

@GeorgeMonbiot I took out a sim only contract for my mum with @tescomobile . She never made use of it due to her diminished mental capacity. When I rang I was told no problem to cancel, but I’d have to pay the balance of the contract up front.
