It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

To fix it for you, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. “ Now in its 4th week!
