When @tescomobile take your money. Cancel the order, don't tell you they have, tell you a refund will be in 3 to 5 days and it's not. Then it will be in Within 24 hours.. and it's not. You phone & suddenly they can't access your details.

@tescomobile Hi - texts are not arriving for at least 4 days from a couple of my contacts who are on BT. I've restarted phone and also checked that the contacts aren't accidentally blocked. Is there an issue between the networks?

If anyone is thinking of signing up to Tesco mobile I strongly advise not to.!!!! €300 bill for “over using data” when my phone didn’t even work for 2 weeks of the month?!! Impossible!Customer service is atrocious!! Can’t get answers anywhere!🤬 @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews
