    @tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

    Hi @tescomobile. Tech support needed pls! Moved from EE & ported old number. Sent PAC code a week ago & started using my new SIM Friday. I receive calls to my old number but can't make any outgoing calls. SMS messages are being sent from the new number. Help!

    @tescomobile, Ive had 2 lengthy webchats and made a complaint (it was closed before being resolved) with you about the fact I have really bad signal at my new house. I have 4 contracts with you and really need you to help me out here! What can I do other than rubbing my SIM card?

    @tescomobile 40 mins on the phone on hold only to be cut of twice. My phone not in contract now has a contract I didn’t ask for and I can’t speak to anyone. On Sunday my click and collect was wrong and customer service not what it usually is come on Tesco’s!!!!
