@tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

@tescomobile I received a bill for £222.14 for an iPhone 13 I paid for in full last year.. I was told I would be refunded £11.50 for my monthly sim but never received it.. why are you billing me now? I have been told by others you are wiping this off their bill, please clear mine

At least 20 times me 12 days ago 'before you do anything please guarantee we'll be able to use the number in another device'. Still no access to husband's business no. Explain the problem @tescomobile

@tescomobile old ee number was supposed to have transfered to new tesco mobile phone by 6 yesterday (23rd). 24hrs later, still not happened, phone no longer connected. I use the EE number for work so pretty urgent that it gets sorted. Not the best start for a new customer.

@tescomobile Hi Was on the Tesco website there trying to find out if you use 02 or who for coverage. It wouldn't let me type in my postcode to check. Web error. Plz fix. Who do you use as I've had no signal using Three network for 2 years. I need a phone that let's me get a signal at home.

@tescomobile I’ve tried over and over again to sort a porting issue. It’s been transferred to your Concerns Team. They don’t take calls. That’s mad! A mobile phone company that has a department that doesn’t answer calls!

@tescomobile I reached out to customer services after several restarts. The number has now transferred just a couple of minutes back. I have to say as a customer I am disappointed with your service as the transfer was due to happen by 6 pm yesterday.

@tescomobile It’s been 4 days no of no signal and showing there was nothing wrong but finally it’s registered the fault! But frustrating having no phone coverage for 4 days 🙈
