@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile years ago I had problems with my new computer. I had so much hassle from the company who it was bought from they sent me a gift of pc doctor software for windows 3.1. I was furious as they machine they had sold me was a windows 95 machine, the gift was useless & out of obsolete
