    @tescomobile @dunstablian This issue has *still* not been resolved. Unable to log into my Tesco Pay Monthly account. Customer Services keep emailing temporary passwords, but no joy.

    @tescomobile shame on you. After being told both my mobile phones were out of contract now you’re trying to charge me over three hundred pounds for cancelling early. It’s impossible to contact you by phone and your online chat can’t help 😡😡😡

    @tescomobile Hi yes it is...we didn't want to turn that service off but a factory reset fixed the problem so now texts and chat are coming through from the right phone no. Thanks for your help.

    @tescomobile Thanks for coming back to me. I visited the store at 6:50pm but only spotted your worker who was by customer service when I saw him. Have spoken to the team at Penarth who said they have to take phones back or something.

    @tescomobile Sean promised to deal with it. So I will give him the benefit of a doubt. Although I have already tried several times with the Web chat and phone customer services to no avail. Let's hope the social media team is more honourable to their word. The response is definetely quicker.

    @tescomobile having issues with my signal which I've tried to ring you guys about but the wait times are unreal, in response to this you appear to have shut webchat? Happy to wait on the phone but can't actually solve the issue this way due to aforementioned signal issues 😕

    @tescomobile you need to fix your **** I can’t even do my job as my contract has randomly disappeared so I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere with what was a contract phone thats now a pay as you go get back to me ASAP I need this fixed
