    @tescomobile Just tried to tell your customer services you’ve failed PCI , taking money out of my acct but not giving me an order number/ack , in fact an email to say please complete the order. Down 47.99 and no phone. Customer services just didn’t care. Reporting appropriately!

    @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.

    @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

    @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile And then I contacted their customer service in chat immediately after, so if it had gone through despite them telling me otherwise… they'd have told me?

    @tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

    @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.
