@tescomobile @emilyrxsemakeup Why does Tesco mobile never ever acknowledge my problem with my phone even though I’ve written to the complaints department , rang customer services 3 times, visited a Tesco Mobile shop twice and have now stopped my direct debit as there is no way I’m paying out more money.

  • M_of_Mystery Martin M (@M_of_Mystery) reported

@tescomobile You got me as a customer Tescos it really sucks when other networks start increasing prices mid contract, just waiting for my contract to end and I am coming to you.

  • RogerOliver46 Roger Oliver (@RogerOliver46) reported

@tescomobile Rubbish service from tescomobile. I've had no service for days but when i try to get a PAC code to move to O2 i can't receive the text! And is it legal and reasonable for tesco to keep my existing balance as a reward for their rubbish service? NOT impressed!

  • RedPandaFlynn Flynn (@RedPandaFlynn) reported

@tescomobile What kind of *** backwards attack is this? You want to get folks to attack your competitors? That's no way to advertise and whoever let this pass made a terrible decision.
