@tescomobile contacted call centre about App, they confirmed there are issues it. Why don’t you send a txt or notification. Third company recently I have contacted using South African call centre, lines always awful, data being seen outside UK is wrong

Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌

I love @tescomobile but shocking service from them today I wanted to change my sim only deal so I got told it was a free upgrade but its only free upgrade if you are getting a new mobile not sim swal I have to pay £27 upgrade early shocking put me right going with them again

@tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.
