    @tescomobile I have checked the link and also spoken to someone in my local O2 store. They are working on improvements in my area. However i have not had any signal all week. Only being able to use my phone via wifi at home with a different network.

    @tescomobile Hi, I paid my phone bill on the 18th October through the website on my account I then recieved an email a couple of days later stating that I never paid my phone bill

    @tescomobile have limited network connection. Was given a new sim - not resolved. Told to make phone calls outside. Not acceptable I am disabled and need to phone people for health reasons in my house. Want put of my contract but refuse to pay hundreds of pounds to do this.

    @tescomobile so, I didn't receive my phone because you sent it to my old address. Now I can't get an upgrade even though my phone is broken. And yet it took 4.5 hours of waiting to tell me
