    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

    @colinsmith50 @tescomobile I do not understand why Tesco mobile is being criticized or complained about every single day but none of the other companies. My experience of them is that they are one of the best companies in the UK for service and everything
