@tescomobile Then was told it would be the day after, guess what that didn’t work. Then told 3-5 days for a new sim, day five arrived and was told ‘it will 100% be there tomorrow, guess what, it wasn’t told. Told they were having problems delivering it to me, strange how my postbox works…

@tescomobile Hi been billed £166 for a contract cancellation that was done by customer care to try and retrieve my ‘lost’ number after a massive mess that took over 3 weeks to resolve - I never even wanted my contract cancelling in the first place and it was your error.

Appalling services continues from @tescomobile , a week without services, multiple lies and failed deliveries and a paltry £10 is the best we can do for ‘a loyal customer of Tesco Mobile’. I know what will happen next…

@tescomobile Unfortunately, "I'm sorry" doesn't really cut it now does it when I'm missing important phone calls. Other networks have this facility. Why can't Tesco mobile offer the same service?
