Any way to actually buy the phone I was offered at the price I was offered? It is your company's fault that it's taken me a week to get this "far" with the order, after all.

Having to use WiFi after a month of you saying the mast is now sorted, when it clearly isn't. I've paid for a month's service that I have been unable to use. Refunds need issuing

Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.

Rodney Isemann (@isemann) reported. @tescomobile @clairefweir also btw, last Wednesday I was told Friday is the end of the investigation and you would call me. Never did, I had to call you. Friday I was told today 3 October was the actual end and you would call me... today... 4 more days.
