    @tescomobile I called them twice today and have told them. They were emailing someone to reactivate my phone. It hasn't happened and i have no access to my phone or data. Thst is why im not on Twitter telling my story and how i am now a victim of incompetence. I have family care issues

    @tescomobile hi, I have recently picked up a Tesco mobile SIM and was supposed to have my number transferred by 6pm today. This hasn't happened, despite it being lost from my previous SIM. Nobody can now call me because, well, no number? Please help!

    @tescomobile £50 Compensation payment can be made by cheque to my residential address which you have on your records. This will real prove judt how sorry Tesco's really is!Apologies are cheap lip service.

    @tescomobile Called Customer Service and after more than 40 minutes to hear someone will open an INVESTIGATION and this will take 3-5 days. So no REFUND, NO Phone. I am very frustrated. The feeling is Tesco Mobile scammed me. What I should do?

    @tescomobile why have you sent my phone back from repair?!?! And not sent the charger back?!?! Does.the phone ACTUALLY charge?!?! If not, I need a replacement phone because 2 months after buying, that is REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
