It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the ยฃ10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

Adam (@DiscoveryAdam) reported@tescomobile raised a complaint on 29th January. Told 15 days for a reply. Still waiting and customer service chat people are utterly useless and can only suggest raising complaint again to see if that get a response! Are you serious? How do I escalate this please
