    @neilslater36 @tescomobile That is theft! Obtaining money from a customer without availing the services promised is theft. Instead of fixing the problem, they resolved to stealing from their customers

    @andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've been assured that a "manager" will look into it and resolve my issue. Supposedly taking up to 3 working days! Really? 3 days to adjust a bill and email it. Its no wonder companies need to charge admin fees, 3 days for a 1 minute alteration.... Its ridiculous and laughable.

    @tescomobile As you can see, there is no issue with my credit file, I checked Equifax via ClearScore too. There are no issues. So 31.99x 36. £1151 loss because you can’t be bothered to check if there is an issue. No probs.

    @tescomobile should be ashamed of yourselves , leaving me without a telephone for up to 10 days which is used to monitor and regulate my sons type 1 diabetes equipment with no help at all, happy new year and rethink your customer service !!!!!!
