@tescomobile hello! I came into your Ipswich store last weekend to get a new phone but was told the service was down and couldn’t do pay monthly phones. Is everything back up and running? Can I come on Saturday? Thanks

@tescomobile yes , pay as you go , think no. de activated as not used for long time ? can it be re activated ? need no. to login to to UK bank account , can't fly all way to UK & back for sim card .

@tescomobile have u reverted back to the “ ignore him he got a problem” approach not just on here but emails direct messages promised phone calls and the worst are there CONCERNS management team showing no concern at all absolutely fuming another wasted day waiting by phone

@tescomobile another day passes another broken promise of a call back , now being told there’s no record of requested call back by the person I spoke to last nite. Liars . Voice Mail message saying will ring back Tuesday NO CALL BACK waiting still

@tescomobile shocking customer service. Halfway through a 3 year contract and, for the 2nd time my Nokia 8.3 5g battery is dying (first fix clearly didn't). No ownership. Not in warranty 🤬 Pay £200 to upgrade, no waiver. So what exactly do I use my 12g data/texts/minutes on?

@tescomobile why do you not have bereavement support? My husband died and my phone is in his name, I can’t change the contract into my own name. I have tried customer support and messaging. This is stressful.

So for 5 days @tescomobile are leaving me isolated and with no ability to contact anyone, and no ability for people to contact me on my number. This is after it took three attempts to transfer me over to them, & there’s been a problem on the last near my house this week.

@tescomobile I left you. Paid off h contract. Told your customer service team ‘is that it now, do I owe anything? ‘ got told ‘no’ … and you are still demanding 25 quid the following month or you will cut my service. I left you. Do you not get it
