@seymourjames3 @tescomobile Thanks Jimmy but I've tried everything. I'm done and I don't have the time, money or inclination to travel to Irvine chasing a less-than-useless service from a bunch of money-grabbing charlatans. I should have listened to good advice and gone with Sky Mobile.

@danbrusca @tescomobile Update: they couldn't even cancel my contract properly. Tried to transfer me & cut me off. Agent admitted that this is a nationwide issue with people porting across. Tesco knows this yet still keep accepting new customers. Formal complaint will be raised. Avoid Tesco at all costs

@danbrusca @tescomobile Thank you, Dan. I'm contacting them now to cancel. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

@danbrusca @tescomobile @tescomobile Why are you still accepting new customers when you are clearly aware there is a large-scale issue with porting numbers across? Your customer service agents state that you have NO CLUE how to fix it yet you continue to dupe new customers. Have you no shame?

@tescomobile @seymourjames3 That's now 3 SIM cards and 11 phone calls to Tesco Mobile. Still no data & no calls/texts again today. Never again, Tesco. This is not an isolated incident. Do you even bother to read your reviews? The way you are treating your customers is utterly shameful. DO BETTER!

My mobile lost signal yesterday so I can only get anything over Wi-Fi now. I’m waiting on a new sim as we can’t see what else is wrong @tescomobile can I redirect calls in the meantime?

@samvj88 @tescomobile It might be because your number is saved like “07xxxxx” in her phone. Try to get her to change it to +44 7xxxxx (international format). If she’s getting a Spanish message it sounds like the network thinks it’s a Mexican number (i.e., a local number) since there’s no +44.

@tescomobile major issues transferring number to new contact with you. Five live chats with advisors, over three and a half hours but my phone still doesn’t work and number not recognised when trying to register on the app. Thoroughly hacked off.

@tescomobile This isn't over. You think you can damage someone's credit score and get away with doing literally nothing about it?

@Ammyyyyy_x @tescomobile Don’t believe their lies! I’ve had the same problem, I’ve swapped my sim and it still doesn’t work!
