    @tescomobile Yes. It took two payments in the same twenty four hours right after being set up with a primary starting amount. It didn't help that I'm using Rocket Packs so just wanted the extra credit for the unforeseen... Have now disabled auto-top-up.

    @tescomobile i have voicemail but calling 905 just gets an engaged tone. Please help, its bad enough having no signal where we live and being tied to this contract...(the main reason i have so many voicemails in the first place.)

    @tescomobile i normally pay around the 20th, because thats then i get UC, ill try calling in the morning and explaining properly and the fact iove been with you for more than 5 years and this is one of the very few times iive had problems. your website your responsibility

    @willmurphy29 @tescomobile Similar Customer Service issues with the refunds they owe to customers. Unbelievably they are not issuing the refunds through Tesco stores only through Payzone agents however the bar code they sent with the email advising how much you were overcharged doesn't scan so no refund

    @tescomobile Hi, I’ve had to cancel my sim deal under the 14 day cool down period as I have very slow connection in my area. I was told I would loose my number that I have had for over 20 years. Can you help me get a PAC code for it? Thanks
