It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.
