So disappointed with @tescomobile I’m 9 months away from ending my contract and having issues with signal at my dads and sue to my brother needing a kidney transplant I need coverage all the time. Despite my efforts I’m getting nowhere. I can’t afford the exit fee but need signal

Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

@tescomobile I am a customer of yours for a few years now, and I am really disappointed that tesco decided to introduce roaming charges, tesco could have at least send a email or a message to warn customers, so the option now is stick with my tariff or o2 😔
