@tescomobile @tescomobile 2/2 and that it’s going to be sorted soon but it’s beyond s joke now. For the money I pay for my tariff I should expect a half decent coverage. I was sold the contract as “Use the O2 network and it’s the best coverage”and for a period of time it was. Now not so much.

Come on @tescomobile when is our service in Alston/Nenthead in Cumbria going to be sorted out? No service at all since last Sunday night. No information is forthcoming. It’s really not good enough in such an isolated area.

@tescomobile @StanAHill He's not the only one feeling this way. Please check the nenthead noticeboard on facebook, there are multiple threads of loads of people having the same issue. We have reported pretty much every day, and seem to be getting fobbed off too.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.
