@tescomobile hello! I came into your Ipswich store last weekend to get a new phone but was told the service was down and couldn’t do pay monthly phones. Is everything back up and running? Can I come on Saturday? Thanks

@tescomobile awful service, upgraded and phone arrives damaged and then when I try to get it sorted I’m passed from pillow to post and nobody is willing to sort it , will be cancelling the upgrade and looking elsewhere

@tescomobile Hi Maria, no it hasn't been resolved.. i still can't login or go through the password reset process as it just keeps saying 'Your account has been locked. Please call and we'll be happy to help.' I've tried clearing cookies and cache on both Chrome and Firefox and still nothing!

@tescomobile shame on you. After being told both my mobile phones were out of contract now you’re trying to charge me over three hundred pounds for cancelling early. It’s impossible to contact you by phone and your online chat can’t help 😡😡😡
