It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.
