@tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

@tescomobile further to my earlier tweet have looked at getting new phone but will have to pay huge fee! I just need a reliable phone, and can’t be without phone whilst my other one is looked at. Feeling very frustrated, please help
