    @tescomobile It's a bit late for that! I'm not frustrated, I'm furious! And that takes some doing for me ! Train your staff better, or in this case , the poor bugger was on his own with a big queue!

    @tescomobile further to my earlier tweet have looked at getting new phone but will have to pay huge fee! I just need a reliable phone, and can’t be without phone whilst my other one is looked at. Feeling very frustrated, please help

    @tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

    @tescomobile hi, there’s been a mast down now for ages near where I live - I know it’s out of your hands per say - but when is it going to be repaired I can hardly use my date when out & about without flicking in/out of airplane mode. Cheers.

    @tescomobile @NeilNWLondon I have completed fault finding exercises most days, I am sure you can appreciate the frustration of being asked to do the same thing each day with no promising outcome. I am reasonable and hace followed these each time and no one seems to know the cause of the issue.

    @tescomobile I bought a £10 10GB sim at your store to check signal where I am, I want to sign up for a sim only contracted online (unlimited data), can that be done to the sim card I just bought or will I have to wait for a new one to be delivered?

    @tescomobile I know. And I’m saying that it’s a con. I should be allowed to continue the other agreement separately. Yes I know it’s in the small print. Thank you for the reply (over a month since I originally posted). Tesco? Never again.

    @double_drax @tescomobile We are having the same problem, and no-one seems to be able to help, so another customer lost!! What’s worse I have a colleague Clubcard.. so not quite the best I would say!!!!
