  @tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

  @tescomobile really unhappy trying to sort phone contract swap for a parent who has dementia & in hospital& we’re just getting blocks ! They need to speak to her ! She has dementia she won’t understand. The only contact we have during covid & it’s this difficult ! Please help

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile They couldn’t fix a mast where we live , took 3 months before we could make a call longer than 3 minutes.or not get cut off . When we phoned Tesco O2 , the woman said try another company 🥴
