    @tescomobile have not been able to make outgoing calls for 5 days now. Customer service says give it another 3 to 5 days. Anybody else having a similar problem or have any idea what is causing the problem.

  • memike72 Boss (@memike72) reported

    @O2 I’m in BT9, Boucher area, Belfast. I’m a @tescomobile customer but I believe they piggy back of @O2 , apparently I have a 5G signal. I shouldn’t need to have Wi-Fi for calls, that’s why they call it a mobile.

  • OTooleyAuthor Oliver J. Tooley, author. He/Him 💚🌍 (@OTooleyAuthor) reported

    @tescomobile So, if my phone were stolen at midnight you don't give a ****. I have FOUr phones from you. Maybe I need to get a new mobile phone supplier who is less crap.

  • adrosen65 Tony (@adrosen65) reported

    @O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

  • CHARRONPUGSLEYH CHARRON PUGSLEY-HILL 💙 Artist and Hypnotherapist (@CHARRONPUGSLEYH) reported

    @tescomobile Hi Rob. Really? And what will happen then. I am not sure this loyal customer is going to continue with you.

  • MickGallacher2 Mick Gallacher (@MickGallacher2) reported

    @tescomobile can you please help? I have a new phone from you, delivered last Thursday. As I wish to keep my current number, I have texted PORT to 23432 as requested. I have had no response at all. Can you please help me to transfer everything as quickly as possible? Thanks

  • MSTKN51868544 MSTKN (@MSTKN51868544) reported

    @tescomobile Are ever going to add wifi calling or esim? I have poor o2 signal in mu area so WIFI calling is a must.

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

    @tescomobile @adrosen65 Yeah, there’s an email option under the first drop down, how do you want to be contacted? I selected text message for the issue in my home area.

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

    @tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine on my new phone.

  • OTooleyAuthor Oliver J. Tooley, author. He/Him 💚🌍 (@OTooleyAuthor) reported

    @tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.
