@tescomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced! Faulty phone only replaced with a grade A replacement after being sent for repair 3 times (not a new phone, yet still under warranty) the replacement we received doesn't work neither 😡 shocking experience

@tescomobile Hi guys ...I've just recently had a Samsung a22 5g from you and it seems to be having wifi issues ...one minute at home it connects to my bt wifi then the next it's the circle of death ...bt say its a phone issue ...any advice ? Maybe a setting ?

@tescomobile Until they take £70 from you and then do everything they can to avoid paying it back. Never a manager available when you phone to sort our a problem. Highway robbers!
