@tescomobile Went to the store, sim taken out, quick clean & put back in again, service restored. Walk home, less than a mile, no service again despite repeating the take out and clean process. #nowwhat ,

@tescomobile Very poor customer service today after 3 identical faults with the same handset that is meant to be fixed & your website has technical problems when trying to view bills and manage the account. How quickly can I get 3 pac codes to move to another provider?

@tescomobile I had to drive 35 miles to your store at Daneston Aberdeen. I would lime to add that Phillip in your phone shop has gone above and beyond with customer service. Extremely helpful with advice. I now have a new phone and he helped transferring everything across.
