    @tescomobile further to my earlier tweet have looked at getting new phone but will have to pay huge fee! I just need a reliable phone, and can’t be without phone whilst my other one is looked at. Feeling very frustrated, please help

    @tescomobile really unhappy trying to sort phone contract swap for a parent who has dementia & in hospital& we’re just getting blocks ! They need to speak to her ! She has dementia she won’t understand. The only contact we have during covid & it’s this difficult ! Please help

    @tescomobile I put my trust in the Tesco brand,I didn't expect to have to trawl through the smallprint, naive of. At no time was I told about text charges, it said, 'Unlimited texts' ! I had just left a contract where this wasn't a problem,and I specifically explained my usage needs.

    @tescomobile Genuinely have never had an issue with @VodafoneUK they replaced my sim immediately free of charge, they told me my contract was up and put me on a sim only contract for £20 a month which took 30 seconds over the phone. Brilliant mobile provider.

    @tescomobile It'd be nice if @tescomobile offered WiFi calling like every other network I've ever been on. Swapped to tesco and now my phone never rings at home because it never has a signal despite what the map says. As soon as I leave home I get voicemails for all the "missed calls"

    @tescomobile how long until GL12 postcode can get phone signal again?there has been no signal for around 6 weeks... paying for a phone that you can’t even use!

    @UninhP @tescomobile Same with every contract, youre supposed to manually cancel it yourself you have a contracted term and once it’s up it’s up. Hence one year/two year contracts. Your privs and price offers only last the duration of your contract. It’s common knowledge you have to cancel yourself.
