    We have experienced severe service interruptions since May with @tescomobile knowing of these & despite promises still severe service disruptions in the DN14 6PR, 6WB & more it continues.

    And now @tescomobile "Shiv" has cut me off from the chat once I pointed that out. I had also highlighted that my mum had fallen whilst rushing to the phone and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience ". Never answered my question.

    @tescomobile hi! I'm trying to upgrade my phone 9months early but everytime I try to process this it keeps trying to upgrade another member of my family contract I'm paying for with no option to upgrade my own contract? Help please and thank you 👍

    @tescomobile seems to be trying to defraud its potential customers as well as piss them off. Perhaps speaking to a manager shouldn't be such an ordeal? Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.

    @tescomobile @clairefweir investigation into my parcel containing soap (not a phone!) raised on the 23rd September (via tescomobile cust. service here). Told multiple times investigation takes 5 working days. Told today 3rd October it actually will take another 4 working days.

    @tescomobile I mean, the chat that we started also shut down immediately. It would be nice to speak to someone who was able to do ANYTHING useful.

    Shocking service at Tesco mobile. Obtained advice from web chat on transferring a number. Call to Cust Services gave different advice. Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile
