@tescomobile the customer service is dam awful today, I was having trouble adding a bundle I wanted thru the app, spoken to two different people at CS to sort something that others have done in minutes yet today they seem utterly useless.

@tescomobile work phone stolen, don’t know the number, won’t let me log in because it sends one off code to stolen phone 😤😤 tried calling helpline earlier, person needed mobile number. Need to cancel the phone ASAP. Please come up with a way without mobile number.

@tescomobile Hey Tesco, quick q am an existing customer- have been for years now. My current sim only monthly plan finishes in summer 2022, however I need unlimited data. Do I really need to wait that long for it? Also sort us out a better deal please. You can do better than £20

@tescomobile Hi Sean. It just says no sim. If I put an ee sim in it works. If I put the Tesco sim in my iPhone it works so that’s why I messaged geemark: Thank you for your email. Could you please check with them if they support the 2G network ? The CL8500 can only work with this 2g network.

Okay so switching to @tescomobile has been one of the worst customer experiences of the year for me. Woeful and still not sorted.
