@tescomobile Your app keeps coming up with unknown error. Is there issues with the app or do I go to and connect with you another network? Lee

@tescomobile Hello, I am trying to DM you and that doesn't appear to work either. Honestly, I'm getting to the point where Tesco Mobile doesn't deserve my business. Absolute joke. Even your complaints email doesn't work.

@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

@tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.

@tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.
