@tescomobile Anyone reading this go with EE they just price matched Tesco. The customer service is appalling and once your in a contract they make it very difficult and expensive to get out of it. Ive just paid £288.50 in order to get out.

  • SJamesAuthor Steph (@SJamesAuthor) reported

Has anyone else had a sudden drop in signal with @tescomobile ? I’m being told it’s due to a busy area but that can’t have suddenly happened a couple of weeks ago. I can barely make a phone call without issues. Seriously considering switching to someone else. Any recommendations?

  • Happy_FT_ HappyFT (@Happy_FT_) reported

@wonkygonk @tescomobile yeah but the thing is the service for smarty is terrible

@neily_boy72 @TechNoir80s @tescomobile Why are you spamming this like some Tesco's shill? That's £5 more expensive for data they obviously don't want. Anywho, it's still a **** 'deal'. I get unlimited everything for £10.

@tescomobile my contract with you is almost up. I've already changed network so can't call to cancel contract. What do I do?

  • CrazyComputer Subtitling Ranter (@CrazyComputer) reported

@StormSilverpeak @tescomobile Damn, was thinking of switching to Tesco Mobile but forgot about wifi calling. So still sticking with O2 till you can offer one right? Those funny adverts made me wanting to switch tho. If o2 can’t offer me 5GB for £10 I’m currently on 6GB for £10 and I only use 2GB -3GB per mth

@DarrenBettison2 @tescomobile Absolute rubbish! Terrible connection, additionally the Sidcup store staff would not replace or repair faulty phone despite being under 6 months old. Blatant disregard of Consumer Rights Act.
