Tesco Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@tescomobile @Bricktoppp Don’t worry I have already left the network now and have a new phone arriving tomorrow.

  • RailEngr Matt Burr (@RailEngr) reported

@neily_boy72 @_Jumphrey @tescomobile The firms network is 02 & work all over, O2 is great of you want to make a call, rarely without a 2/3G signal. But as a 4/5G data network it’s poor, generally have to tether to my personal phone, or find a hotspot to use my IT. From my experience, Josh isn’t far wrong.

  • JohnTurner2021 John Turner (@JohnTurner2021) reported

@Alan_E_Hewlett @tescomobile Go with Three. £35 a month PAYG (or £90 for 90 days) with absolutely Unlimited texts, minutes and data and I do mean Unlimited. They also have no issue with tethering. I average about 500gb+ a month especially on torrents. Three don't bat an eyelid.

  • TimdjRowlands Tim Rowlands (@TimdjRowlands) reported

Tesco Mobile your customer service for my parents has been absolutely disgusting, loyal customers and that’s how you thank them. @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

  • AfterTunez AfterTunez (@AfterTunez) reported

@cgiAlexis @tescomobile i said that the cheese was bad

  • parassassin Rob Adams (@parassassin) reported

Hey @tescomobile any plans to support e-sims on iPhones? Don’t want to be carrying 2 phones anymore but don’t want to leave you guys or use an android device for 2 physical sims

  • Brian_Moule1 Brian Moule (@Brian_Moule1) reported

@tescomobile It's a shame the signal isn't better. Couldn't fault anything else other than that.

  • wilkesneil Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wee Donkey (@wilkesneil) reported

@tescomobile @Mr_Goomba You may use the O2 network but I've just had to move to EE to get any sort of coverage at home.

  • NGS_Mark Mark @ Nintendo Gloucestershire (@NGS_Mark) reported

@tescomobile Yeah, that would be useful - if the phone could send out texts. Because the PAC code didn't work when switch networks, we had to use the STAC code. Your CS said they would reactivate the number and make it a PAYG, then I could text. Took 5 days to get signal, but still can't text

  • AnnReyn75876642 Ann Reynolds (@AnnReyn75876642) reported

@tescomobile I don't care what other Networks have spent..Just put more masts up so we can actually have the 99% coverage you keep promising! Usually signal is rubbish and every time you say there's an issue locally which the Engineers are sorting out! Every time?
