    @tescomobile normally I've had nothing but great service and would recommend you to everyone but trying to do an upgrade recently has been impossible. So many mistakes b on you part costing me time and money, what's happened?

    @virginmedia first-time customer & v disappointed. Mobile order hasn't gone through apparently, but contract was emailed to me.Been assured by advisor no contract in place but questionable GDPR practices as I gave personal details & direct debit info? Sticking with @tescomobile.

    @tescomobile why will the network not recognise numbers, is there a problem, cannot ring Tesco mobile as even that is unrecognisable

    @tescomobile Clubcard deals are on more expensive contracts though. Could do without the extra money going out every month when on a tiny income. Might be time to find another network then, see if others are still doing cheap sim contracts without price hikes

    @tescomobile been waiting all weekend for a sim swap on a lost phone. Need this sorting ASAP please. Keep phoning 4455 for help and they keep assuring me it'll work by 6pm but it's not. Please please help

    @tescomobile Have tried various number, all come back not recognised by network, i don't know if anyone can contact me. Even the Tesco mobile numbers 4455 etc are not recognised.

    Warning: do NOT switch to Tesco Mobile for an elderly relative who’s number is registered with their Dr/Hospital as when they mess up they won’t put it right for a month so 86yr old recently blind mother will miss an emergency appointment #tescomobile #clairepickthall

    @tescomobile The same response I've had...let me count...6 times now. I asked today for a Subject Access Request so the clock is ticking - you have 30 days to respond or it goes to @ICOnews as a complaint.
