@O2 @tescomobile Your network coverage in some parts of this country, is pathetic.

  • ThomsAdrian Adrian (not on Netflix) Thoms (@ThomsAdrian) reported

@tescomobile This is outdoors and I’m banging on because at a service area where at times there will be maybe hundreds of users of O2 network trying to use EV apps or plan their routes on Google Maps or Waze this is shoddy. I don’t expect 100% coverage on the road network but I do expect it at a service area. There can’t possibly be planning issues putting up a mast.

  • _aaaamber amber (@_aaaamber) reported

@tescomobile This happens daily, there are no known issues in my area, for months now I struggle to get a signal with 5G/4G even 3G doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous.

  • VforBeni Rebecca Vendetta 🖤 (@VforBeni) reported

@tescomobile why have I received yet another two emergency alert alarms..

  • roryscarffe Rory (@roryscarffe) reported

@tescomobile what do you do when the son of 80 year old man phones you to question why his phone has had no signal for 4 days? You insist on sending a 4 digit security No. to a phone that is unable to receive messages. Then terminate the call! You are a disgrace @ee @VodafoneUK

  • slainte_mhath_ Keith M (@slainte_mhath_) reported

@tescomobile Some feedback as many didn't receive notification or was late. My "emergency alarm" came in one minute early & I'm based in Co Durham. Other than 1 min early no problem & the sound /vibration was loud enough, even with my moderate hearing loss

  • a6kendal Alistair Lawson (@a6kendal) reported

@tescomobile Moto g(100) all emergency alert settings on, V12 up to date, but no alert on Sunday why?

  • Teldeb TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported

@tescomobile @O2 terrible signal in Doddinghurst AGAIN. I'm out of contract so will look at other networks if you don't sort this out quickly

  • l_fos1965 LeBuFos (@l_fos1965) reported

@tescomobile I have sent a DM with full details. If you are able to resolve my issue I would be most grateful…

  • chanandalabong Miss Chanandler Bong (@chanandalabong) reported

@tescomobile Yes all compatible iPhones and yes, O2 removed a mast near by because of various issues. Used to have great 4G coverage but bugger all now.
