    @tescomobile The ‘network can get busy in this area’ came up. This is the same excuse more many many areas of Gtr Manchester and other areas I’ve checked. Nothing is being done to improve. It’s been like this for months

    @tescomobile I am having extreme trouble to get my PAC code, i’ve spoken to three advisors who had no idea what they were doing! They keep asking to send a security pin but i’m not receiving any so then I was asked for other security measures to bypass this (which i passed) but

    @tescomobile why can't I get my details verified when trying to get 2 new contracts started?? Trying to leave my current provider due to terrible service... get to the checkout add all details and the website fails on the credit check & empties my basket? 😳

    @Colly_wobbles @tescomobile @O2 Can you go into mobile data and try to turn if automatic so it will try to detach and reconnect . Might change network turn back on automatic might work
