    @tescomobile how on earth can you leave an 82 year old lady without any means to ring out on her phone.We sorted this out before Xmas and now you're refusing to help as somebody hasn't done their job properly!Disgusting!!!!!!

    @tescomobile what a joke you are. You cancel the wrong mobile number which we cannot retrieve so have no use of the account. No number=no account and are now trying to take 3 months early cancellation fee of me. IT WAS YOUR FAULT. See you in court

    Can't tell you how fuming I am with @Tesco and @tescomobile bought a phone from them with 6 months clubcard on it. I've never been able to activate it and now they are taking money from me. Whenever I call them they say they'll call back and never do What am I supposed to do now?

    @tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

    @tescomobile Got it all sorted. Tried via the online chat and that was awful. Took 40mins and they still couldn't sort it out. Called the number above and it took 5 mins haha.

    @tescomobile It’s now 2 weeks since my SIM stopped working and you promised a replacement within 3-5 working days. This is now becoming exceedingly frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected. Not even Santa managed to bring me one. Please sort this out ASAP.

    Lost my phone and had @tescomobile put call barring on it. Found it again and still after THREE MONTHS they have failed it to get my phone working. I've called customer support 8 times. And all they've offered is one month free usage. Absolute joke.
