@tescomobile Hello, I would guess it may just be wishful thinking at the Tesco Mobile company to take a complaint seriously or perhaps respond within 24 hours to my officially sent complaint about dealing with my 3 times done request to activate Tesco Mobile SIM card been approved every time!

@tescomobile I have tried to call numerous times this afternoon and evening, on hold for over half an hour each time and no reply. I try to use the text service and I am cut off. I have no data and would like to know why. Is there a problem in Maidenhead? Thank you

@MrsTatt @tescomobile My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help
