@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

@tescomobile calls 2 -3 times a day being robbed of with takes 24 hrs to switch on another 8 hrs call back in 6 hrs we will call you this has been going on a week , no call backs no working phone no signal pls get in touch urgently

@tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

@tescomobile I’m trying to replace my son’s broken phone but can’t sign the credit agreement because I need to enter a PIN number, which you send to the broken phone so I can’t access it. There must be a way round this but your help centre can’t help.

@tescomobile aunt had phone stolen. Wants to cancel UK tesco sim and end contract. Called customer services but couldn't remember passwords and was refused access by customer services on the phone. How can she cancel as it is still active but, she might be racking up charges 🙈🙈

@tescomobile Sorry to be a pain. As my friend is in hospital, what is the easiest way to cancel her old contract with you. Can I email/write etc a note or her behalf for her to sign? She’s a bit limited without her phone, so can’t do these things for herself x

@tescomobile No. Just the one that’s broken. I had to phone from my landline because I couldn’t get into my account online without the pin. I don’t understand why the new contract couldn’t be emailed or why promised return calls haven’t been made.
