    @tescomobile I got a text to say I owe ยฃ785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! ๐Ÿ™„

    @tescomobile calls 2 -3 times a day being robbed of with takes 24 hrs to switch on another 8 hrs call back in 6 hrs we will call you this has been going on a week , no call backs no working phone no signal pls get in touch urgently

    @tescomobile I am being charged ยฃ59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I donโ€™t understand your pricing

    @tescomobile Just tried to tell your customer services youโ€™ve failed PCI , taking money out of my acct but not giving me an order number/ack , in fact an email to say please complete the order. Down 47.99 and no phone. Customer services just didnโ€™t care. Reporting appropriately!

    @tescomobile worst sales service ever. Tried to take out a contract after my order failed. Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

    @tescomobile Are you kidding, Iโ€™m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. Iโ€™ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

    @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @tescomobile husband and I have had little or no phone service for over 4 weeks now PR25 just keep getting told your working on a problem , how much longer am I expected to wait ? Before I change provider

    @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

    @tescomobile I upgraded the 4 sim only contracts I have with you, & decided to add a 5th contract with a new S26 over 3 years. Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust ๐Ÿ“ž service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldnโ€™t go throughโ€ฆ1/2

    @tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...
