@tescomobile I would understand this if I was on a much more reduced plan then it would be more of use to us but we get enough mins and texts and Unlimited Data!! therefore it is absolutely useless to us we don't gain anything at all. Other networks can easily fix this why can't tesco??

@tescomobile are all your staff rude to new customers why have you rolled over data and minutes on my wife’s account for the 1st month and now taken it away. Also the data seems to be tuning out faster then normal usage.

@ess_emm_aitch @tescomobile Weirdly, I'm not even angry or upset about it... Just amazed at the lack of understanding of the words "coma" & "days to live"... I can only assume the call is scripted and this threw the customer services *** completely off track! I've just told her to cancel the Direct Debit.
