@tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

@tescomobile I never ended that chat, it was 7pm like a shift had ended. Talking to another agent now and it seems 5g in my area is rubbish and being worked on so my phone's going to keep being useless. Great!

Is it possible that after switching from @O2 to @tescomobile for a better deal, I’ve got worse signal coverage? They run on the same network but I’m getting “zero bars” in my house more than I ever did on o2, which was typically one or two bars.
