    @tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile There may be no fault, but also virtually NO signal to make/receive calls in Bournemouth BH4 area all of the time.

    @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this
