I've spent ages trying to sort too. I've now taken a new contract with another provider and will press to recover amounts charged by TM while I've had no service.

Beachboi (@Beachboi9) reported@tescomobile I really wanted to like your service as came back to you from 5 yrs with Vodafone. but with most days only getting 3G and no sign of getting 5G any time soon on the network and your network not supporting WiFi calling I feel like I got value dressed up as Finest.

I’m so disheartened with this service. I’m at my wits end!

Sallie-Jane Edwards (@salliejane9) reported@tescomobile Still ongoing problems, you always phone back on the faulty phone, new phone was faulty in march, you repaired one fault in October, still faulty, so supplied an a13, which was faulty, waiting for call to replace 3 faulty phones, I'm about done with tesco to be honest,bad service
