@tescomobile staff were taking the mick out of me while they thought I was on hold and offered £67 off my £200 bill…. Something tells me I have not been compensated at all for the poor customer service

Worst #CustomerService I have ever experienced? I've been a @tescomobile customer for 1 month & they've set a new low. The level of incompetence / disinterest from their 'chat' support and phone support is mind-blowing. Sorry I left @O2 Don't switch.

@tescomobile it’s been 3 months since I first reported a contract bought fraudulently under my name and yet no word from your Fraud department. You have no problem chasing me for invoice though. My credit record is badly impacted. This is poor customer service. Not impressed!

@tescomobile just bought a sim only deal and just to let you know I think your coverage is awful. I always got an excellent coverage in the West Country with my last provider but I had nothing for a whole week in Devon and Cornwall. Shocking!
