    @tescomobile please help getting no where fast. Contract phone delivered yesterday,no sim card was in package. Getting no where fast using call centre and misinformation from Tesco store Stowmarket. We need a Sim card for this new phone, a simple request that you can't resolve

    @DanielMcmorrow @tescomobile Hello, sorry to say, but Tesco mobile also use the O2 infrastructure, so you might have similar issues to what you’re currently experiencing.

    @wayne386 @freemanatorf1 @tescomobile I’d say the same. I was with Tesco mobile for quite a few years but kept losing the 3G/4G when on my Google maps. Sadly left them and went to EE, much better signal

    @Whoamiftr @tescomobile Oh dear, poor mom Kelly, like you don't have enough to deal with lately. This shift to all things tech is proving to be fraught with issues. How much simpler life was before this avalanche of craziness was rolled out on top of us.
