    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    @tescomobile Definitely did. Over a decade of being with Tesco mobile and we are offered basically £10 for being lied to, pushed around to phone DPD because in your own agent said they wouldn’t help us. Truly phenomenal customer service

    @tescomobile usual **** performance and service trying to upgrade to iPhone 13. Endless pin nbrs sent, round and round we go watching the hamburgers of death go nowhere. Long-standing customer with 5 phone contracts and still get this rubbish service.

    @tescomobile hello, a lovely friend of mine tried to order a mobile from you but was told it was out of stock. They ordered elsewhere, it randomly turned up and they're getting nowhere with Customer Service to return it. Please can you advise who can sort this out?

    @tescomobile absolutely useless customer service. As a loyal customer with 4 devices and when advised to do something by their own staff they try and charge me nearly a grand! I need a manager to contact me ASAP!

    @tescomobile Hi Rob, I've done all of these. I was told on Saturday my phone would be dispatched Sunday and here today and told today there's been an issue, noones communicated anything to me about a delay and I've had to phone again and wait another 24 hours...

    HNY @tescomobile just cost us £300- you cancelled our credit agreement for phone. ‘Care’ team said our only option was to return phone and rebuy on new agreement!! you’ve admitted that you never notified us that we needed to return the phone. Terrible service

    @tescomobile just rang up customer service the phone line has really bad interference not good for anyone especially if there on to you for quite a while
