Tesco Mobile Issues Reports Near Shanklin, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Shanklin and nearby locations:

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

  • charlottpeirce_ Charlotte Peirce (@charlottpeirce_) reported from Portsmouth, England

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@tescomobile Foa weeks now! I thought it might have just been the network. I went into my local Tesco and they have gave me a new SIM card

  • lucyfogg1979 lucy fogg (@lucyfogg1979) reported

@tescomobile So every single month, I am lining the pockets of Tesco mobile, not using our data. We are not allowed to support less fortunate families in these incredibly testing times...Food banks are easy to set up ... surely Data banks can be created & then shared with local schools

  • AlexandraLawes Alexandra Ayears (@AlexandraLawes) reported from Rochester, England

@tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

  • lizzi3b LB (@lizzi3b) reported

@tescomobile could you help me with something please

  • priyamistryT1 PriyaMistry (@priyamistryT1) reported

@tescomobile @tesconews why have I been charged for a full amount after cancelled my contract even after requesting a PAC code. 😡😠 you customer service are refusing to give me a full refund. #cheat #tescomobile #refund

  • DoormanJon Jon proctor (remember to follow me back :P ) (@DoormanJon) reported

@tescomobile No thanks I've just been told by your "customer services" cheek if I've dcdt heard one. There is nothing you can do unless I buy out the contract at nearly £150

  • loopylolalooo Laura Johnson (@loopylolalooo) reported

@tescomobile why is it so difficult to sign in your website for my mobile account? Never recognises my email and has no suspended my account

  • Carl68R CARL68R (@Carl68R) reported

@tescomobile Thank, we know that now but getting charged for 2 months of non usage is rather cheeky, quite immoral. Your loss at the end of the day as another longterm customer will be lost. Very poor.

  • Carl68R CARL68R (@Carl68R) reported

@tescomobile Allegedly when someone pays off the phone they also have to request for the whole contract to be cancelled. Please tell me why you would charge someone for a service they are not using? Very bad business practice.

  • KrisEmes Kris Emes (@KrisEmes) reported

@tescomobile when are giving free data to less fortunate families to help with schooling??? Or least allow common sites zero tariffs.
