I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@tescomobile Just had a useless 45 minute phone call to Tesco mobile complaints going around in circles. No one appears to have any ability to deal with our phone issue and can’t tell us who can! For a communication division this is extremely poor customer care.

@tescomobile your signal is beyond useless, how do I cancel my contract? The service is just not acceptable and getting worse

@tescomobile How am I supposed to update my Card details when the mi-pay system on your website won't send out reset password links? and your 'customer care' ppl people either hang up the call (cus they dont know what to do), or say call back in a few mins to talk to someone else

@SamsungMobile bought FLIP Z3 5G in January via @tescomobile & the LCD screen has already failed! Less than a yr old, still under your 2yr warranty but for some reason the screens are not covered under this?! Almost £200 to fix an issue that should be covered under warranty 🤬🤯

@tescomobile When are you going to fix the web account login issue? I've been unable to login for over a week now. What's going on?

@tescomobile I will be contacting the ombudsman if the manager doesn't ring about the problems due to your employee not following correct procedures and leaving my son, who has medical conditions, without the use of a mobile phone because you can't unlock his Tesco phone. 13 mins

@isaac_t_6 @tescomobile Thank you for your suggestion, it's really appreciated. Luckily I found an old phone that's unlocked so he can at least use that until his phone is unlocked and if the worst happens, he will have to use my old phone until I can get him another one. :)

@tescomobile Unfortunately, this doesn't help me if I am missing important calls because the phone only rings for 10 seconds!

@tescomobile Why have you set phones to ring only twice and then go to VM? Not enough time to get phone out. This is dangerous because one can miss urgent calls. Stupid rule. I've been a customer for ten + years. No more!!
