Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Shanklin and nearby locations:

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

  • charlottpeirce_ Charlotte Peirce (@charlottpeirce_) reported from Portsmouth, England

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@tescomobile Do you honestly think that I have not done this. I would appreciate some action on my problem, not condescending replies.

@tescomobile Thanks, have checked that and no known issues. Tried cleaning the Sim card but still only getting 3G, what’s the next step, can I order a new sim foc keeping my number?

  • MyWords2021 Michael Chandler (@MyWords2021) reported

@tescomobile Thank you but far far far far too late which is why on a daily basis I am naming and shaming the CEO as buck stops with this rude and ignorant person

  • DrRockstar1966 Andrew Rock (@DrRockstar1966) reported

@tescomobile I have only been able to get a 3G signal on my phone for the last couple of days. Is this a known problem or is there something I need to do at my phone end? (I have tried turning it off and on). North Herts/ Bedfordshire area.

@miraleyshon @tescomobile @robnighttops Yes because Tesco is not comparable to them? Aldi and Lidl strip down all infrastructure to afford these cheaper prices

  • pammadbutkind pam (@pammadbutkind) reported

@VendingJames @tescomobile Been with tesco for years great service, no mid contract rises and Clubcard points what’s not to like

  • MelissaCroucher Mel (@MelissaCroucher) reported

  • alexanderlair15 alexander laird (@alexanderlair15) reported

@tescomobile With the rate of a massive hike in prices, I would say 1 billion. Prices now go up not in pence but in increments of 25p to a 50p. Since the pandemic has not killed us all off, the suppliers of Food & Energy is doing a better job with jumping on the "Rob the poor," bandwagon
