    @tescomobile is Tesco mobile down at the moment ! Me and my whole family who are on Tesco can’t call anybody and when we do get through it says call failed after 2 minutes !!!!! Can’t get hold of my mum in an emergency

    @Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

    My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free 🙏 so so nice 💛 #EveryLittleHelps

    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

    Three days without phone signal and still paying for a full service 🙄 Full service might not even be resumed until 10pm on April 5th!! Seems completely unfair to be paying for a service I simply cannot use for what could be a total of 10days! @tescomobile

    @tescomobile i have recently changed to you from virginmobile as their signal was a disgrace, i however now cannot send sms/mms messages, i can voice call no problem, i tried to get the setting sent to me via the link on the website but this does not work, can these be sent by u?

    Can someone at @tescomobile please help me!? I’ve tried for 2 weeks to transfer my existing number to another SIM. Web chat, 3 calls and 2 different SIMS and still no joy. I will be switching providers if this is not resolved #noideawhattheyaredoing
