My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free 🙏 so so nice 💛 #EveryLittleHelps

@tescomobile Hello, I have still not been able to send or receive calls fro home. I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

@tescomobile so the O2 mast is down yet again in HD9 area. This is becoming a weekly occurrence. We have no network coverage yet again. What are you doing to address this please? People are trying to work from home etc.

@tescomobile @EE this is customer service, you need some Sean’s but unfortunately this Sean is one in a million! Which ironically is the same statistics as chances I have of getting out of your contract legally
