    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    @tescomobile Have also tried sim in another iPhone and same message (No Service) so suggests it is either the sim or the service, not the phone that is the issue.

    Important; Was due to get my booster vaccination this week from @hselive. No text arrived. Made appointment online. Again no texts received. Rang helpline this morning. Appears to be a problem for @tescomobile customers getting texts. If you're due a booster use email for code

    @tescomobile my daughters safety buffer has been used up my text messages to the premium number 0008482222. Although it does not appear on the phone and there is no way of blocking it. Please can you help.

    @tescomobile Have checked and says no known issues but still no service. Have turned phone on and off and also cleaned SIM card but nothing.
