What a nightmare @tescomobile placed an order last Tuesday, was lost by DPD. Horray finally got to the bottom of it yesterday, replacement sent. Arrived today but no SIM card! Tried to call, systems down. Online chat, replacement SIM now being sent... all in all a real pain!

@VodafoneIreland After 2 weeks of no home broadband, one engineer that didnt turn up and two @tescomobile at their data limit due to hot spotting (WFH) STILL no sign of anyone to fix it. HELP PLEASE 😭😭😭

@tescomobile you are by far the worst network to deal with lie to me then hang up on me when I asks simple questions and pretend you don’t hear me with the customer service saying hello 10 times but u can hear her smiling about it!!!

@tescomobile But current restrictions in Northern Ireland statr that all non essential shops shop be closed. Are you telling me that Tesco Mobile is the only essential mobile network that is allowed to open?

Day 5 of no phone service thanks to @tescomobile . And now it has resulted in me being locked out of my work computer as I have not been able to receive a new password. @tescomobile You should be thoroughly ashamed. Where is my SIM and my service for which I am paying?

@Ofcom @tlaindon1 @tescomobile If it all comes under one contract, and it does say 36months... otherwise soon it'll be broken up to handset/airtime/warranty/accessories/data seperately for 60months.

Hey @tescomobile, I was enquiring about how to move provider, told them I was going to move next week but your guy has just cancelled my subscription - right before the chat closed. Now I have no mobile service and can't contact anyone. REALLY bad service!
