    @tescomobile next time you do system maintenance could you leave one manner of looking at your account open to use? Phone, app and webpage all down at once? I needed to increase my internet usage so I could put my Satnav on to get to work this morning, but I can't on any medium?

    @tescomobile just to set up my double data is taking over an hour, with your phone lines ending the call and your app broken 😕😕😕😕 why can’t you just streamline your services?!

    @tescomobile This isn’t helpful at all. The Clubcard people said they can’t help and it’s the mobile team that need to look into this. Yet I can’t even get through to their line :/
