    @tescomobile Your WebChat Help is not working as expected. Operating hours are stated as 07:00 to 19:00 it's 10:40UK and the widget wont load / show in multiple browsers. I need help about reporting an issue with contacting help, please help :)

    @tescomobile @chrisjoyce87 Tesco considering we are on monthly payment we shouldn’t have to pay for a service that we cant use! Its beyond a joke!

    Terrible service from @tescomobile since switching. Spoken to webchat 3 times, been into store twice, and nobody can explain why my old no hasn’t been transferred properly. Can’t ring to complain as I can’t use my phones to make calls as the transfer hasn’t happened properly…

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Terrible customer service. The operator thought he had put me on hold and he was asking his colleague if he could just hang up on me! When he returned, I said I heard him and he just left me on hold! Really bad form @tescomobile

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Maybe you should goto highwoods colchester because your connection sucks and your crap 3rd party customer service is pathetic. I am taking all my contacts and leaving Tesco. Your complaints procedure is crap also. Ofcom will be informed.

    @tescomobile just renewed contract with new iPhone & texted transfer existing no: to new nano SIM.... how does transfer work? If I can put money into daughters account across two diff banks in less than 5 minutes, why 24 hours to swap number on same network? #inlimbo
