@tescomobile Not impressed, after inputting my bank details to purchase a new mobile, i was told to ring a number for further checks. I asked to provide details of both my passport and driving licence to prove my identity. I do not drive! I was turned down! What a waste of time!

  • sprognfrog Isabelle Thomas (@sprognfrog) reported

@tescomobile Why does the fact that I do not have a driving licence affect my credit rating (which by the way is rated excellent). And no alternative document required? This is plain stupid!

  • KajKanhai Kanhai Kaj (@KajKanhai) reported
