Sredna Rapmil (@SrednaRapmil) reported@tescomobile @tescomobile Sorry Harry, you have no idea how frustrating this is. If you experienced life as a TescoMobile customer you might do! Why else would you leave a longstanding customer without a phone for 31 days after your team mistakenly removed my number!

Aaron hassan (@custardwarrior) reportedFFS @tescomobile lovely day no rain no cloud no snow no hail nothing and can hardly get online again seriously how can you make claims like provided by 02 with 99% coverage when it doesn't work in the middle of a town

Bully in the alley 🍻 (@WeeLeeMcD) reported@tescomobile Restarted phone, still no joy. I'm not on Facebook. Have tried your customer service (absolutely shocking, lied to me multiple times). I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

DS (@DSuggers) reported@tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

TF. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@U235_Nuke) reported@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯
-
Maly (@MARnHAR) reported@tescomobile really SUCKS
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

Paul Varney (@silveryk) reported@tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)

Katie Layla (@katielayla82) reported@tescomobile shocking service from your call centre. Been with out my phone for 3 days and no one seems to be able to help me.
