@tescomobile any chance of someone getting in touch regarding my ongoing problems with connection ? Last contact on DM was 21/10 & I was told someone would be calling me - obviously they can’t call me on the mobile due to the shocking service but no call on my land line yet 😡

@tescomobile offering a loyalty discount then withdrawing early is a good way to have your loyal customers changing to a different network!

@tescomobile Thank you for reply. It appears that o2 have let you guys and myself down once again. This is becoming a recurring issue and is quite unacceptable. Where would I register a complaint

@tescomobile It would make sense to have a disclaimer on the website to state this. Not many people would enquire first. This is not my first smart watch and my previous Samsung watch worked seamlessly with my phone so didn't really think it would be an issue.

@tescomobile what is wrong with your customer service advisors? We call for help, told to take sim out and when we said it will take second when we find something to get the sim out the advisor says "if you are going to be long I will cut off and you will have to call back"!

@tescomobile Come to Tesco Mobile they said; it’s so easy to bring your old number. Five days later I am still waiting and have been without any service at all for over twenty four hours. I have lost a days work because I don’t have access to another phone!

@noshoesorsocks @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to sort it. It’s not acceptable please demand compensation or leave they are useless
