    If you are with @tescomobile and want to take your phone abroad - abandon hope of service. You won’t get it and help via Twitter is very limited. After 20 years with Tesco now looking at other providers

    @nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price

    @tescomobile why is your phone signal so ****? In a major city… 5G which doesn’t work, ****. In a rural town… 4G which doesn’t work, ****. Any idea why your charging for a service which doesn’t work?

    @tescomobile both my numbers are out of action. Including a business number. I've been given excuse after excuse including 'the local mast is down for maintenance' while my mum also with Tesco mobile, her phone works just fine. How strange. 💩💩💩 #customerservice #fail

    @tescomobile Not a problem. Since I went in the contacts have changed and gone up in price. I guess I have no way of getting it now even though it was a technical fault on your stores end?

    @SafferTheGaffer @EE Even @tescomobile are putting up costs (use O2 network). I stayed with them as they made a big thing about NOT putting up costs mid contract. Can't afford to upgrade my phone so am hit by the price rises. Seems no MNO cares about their customers anymore, only their shareholders.
