@tescomobile spoke to you guys on Thursday morning about not being able to pay my bill and asking to not have my service suspended as it is important I am able to contact the services I need but I've been cut of, any idea why??

@tescomobile Thanks Rob. I'm slightly baffled then. Father-in-law added £10 in Dec. She hardly uses phone except going to eye hospital. She tried to make a call to be picked up from hospital and had no credit. She does not use any apps. She has sight problems so phone is important.

@tescomobile why don’t you support Apple Watch when you are on the O2 network? You sold me an iPhone but never warned me my Apple Watch wasn’t supported. That’s a £500 mistake on my part that wasn’t pointed out by you or the watch retailer. People beware!!!

@tescomobile Am receiving calls from Central African Republic. Having taken to the Internet about the problem I can see that it is a scam. Numbers are different so little point in trying to block them. I know not to return the calls but are you aware they are happening?
