Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

@tescomobile could you please tell me why you've charged me 5 times my normal bill this month and why after 60 mins on the phone to you TWICE you can't tell me why and i mysteriously get cut off TWICE? You can't call back? would you have called if i didn't pay? #poor #service?

@tescomobile He found the phone so it has the original sim . Your customer care refused to unblock it or to send out a new sim without a code texted to his phone - which of course can’t happen as its blocked . Ive called the 0345 number many times to try sort - kept on hold for ages
