Ross (@Rossva1189) reported@StompWompin @tescomobile good grief thats awful; sorry to hear it. @tescomobile should by default apply - let's say a 100% cap by default. So if your monthly is £20, it'll be auto-capped at £40, for example. You're usually pretty ethical Tesco, so how about this?

Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

Steve Grant (@grantst1967) reported@tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?
