    @MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- it’s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

    @tescomobile Hey, loving this new 'guess when you'll have network' game. Been going on since 28th Feb...getting told it's 5 working days then another 5 days. No one ever updates me. Is there a leader board or prizes?
