  @tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement.   @socoolrobyna @tescomobile happily promoted their mobile service in their Sthelens store but you can’t get 3G in there, let alone 4G

  @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mum‘s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

  @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.

  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

  Hey @tescomobile, what happened? Me and wife used to get perfect signal at home (LN6 Lincoln) - but now 1 bar and unable to make any calls. Having to use WhatsApp over wi-fi. Why? Not able to make calls until back on the A46. #withamsthughs #tescomobile

  @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
