@tescomobile If O2 doesn't work despite trying different phones, then neither will Tesco! No need for the cooling off period! Work mobiles are other networks so will probably be best just moving to one of them.

@tescomobile just had my final bill payment email which says payment will be taken by direct debit. I was told on the phone last week to cancel my direct debit so I did. I’ve just rang and been told they can’t access my account. Do you not want my money?

@tescomobile Oops, humble apologies was looking on the wrong user. My wife is the account holder but i was looking at her account and it seems my phone is the master. We have found what we need now all we have to do is understand the bills but we'll come back if we need more help
