Terrible customer services from @tescomobile manager refused to speak to me. My 79 year old mother sold a smart phone that she cannot even switch on-tied to a 3 year contract costing £568!!! @tescomobile I expected better than this from a big company

@tescomobile unable to add 2 more sim only deals, all 3 credit cards from different institutions declined. 1 of the cards is used for current monthly payments. You have a payment problem, my cards are not blocked.

@tescomobile Shame i got such rubbish advice and was told i could get the upgrade , downgraded my sim and ordered and paid for a new sim. Then when it all feel apart i had to pay way more to get my data back that I previously had RUBBISH SERVICE
