Fletch 😀 (@FletchyTweets) reported@tescomobile Hi. Having a few issues. Moved from Giffgaff who also used 02, had a full very fast 5g signal. Now I have 4g+. I have your 5G sim and everything is tuned on in my phone, I'm lost. I was told I would get the same as Giffgaff because you also use o2. 5g is in my area.

It’s soooo bad I’m facing quite an early termination fee but the service is just so dire I cannot keep the mobiles with them. I could not recommend them.
