@tescomobile Weird flex when you guys literally use O2 and Three infrastructure to operate your virtual network.

@NW10615 @tescomobile @Tesco Can you reply to my tweet. It’s a customer enquiry.

  • Debbieh25240335 Debbie harrison (@Debbieh25240335) reported

@tescomobile No, and I'm told it will be Saturday 8pm before its resolved. This is really poor, why not text or email your customers to say they may be affected

@tescomobile So my old sim now has new service but my new sim doesn't have my old number. Is it just the process or should I get in touch with someone?

  • Nubodhi Nubodhi (@Nubodhi) reported

@H1ghBerry @timsmyff @tescomobile But also you would see that in many cases they have reduced the quantity if many of their products as well, charge more for less, the Tesco way, also they have made many of their stores into "Metro" ones that never had been, as this also allows them to raise their prices.

@feralfox34 @tescomobile If you think a joke around the word piss is the worst thing kids see on their phones these days, you may be living a very sheltered lifestyle.

@tescomobile @JahaanTweets Well I’m with O2…and you use the O2 network. I guess you need to weight up everything together though right? My tariff is £30, yours for same is £25, but I get 2 free Cafe Nero coffees a week which is around £24 a month so only really costs me £6 for my tariff

@tescomobile hi my mum is needing help with a bill she received, even though she has never had a contract with you. She contacted Tesco mobile 3 times and no1 has got back to her. This is awful service. I wouldn't want to take a contract out with you if you dont get back to ppl.

@tescomobile is there a secret to using the signal my phone shows me I Have? My internet barely loads even on 3/4 bars of signal and I’ve not had a phone call today that hasn’t ended in call failed (even though I’ve got full signal).

@tescomobile You do not have a network. You buy your service wholesale from ....the big mobile networks!
