Becky (@Elmodfz) reported@tescomobile @O2 There is something wrong with the 4G in my area, it's quite localised but on both Tesco and O2 contracts everything that uses data is loading very slowly, or not at all. Been like it all day! I live opposite phone masts so one is having an issue.

Pilchard Chops 💙 (@Chops1952LJ) reported@tescomobile I'm in the Middle of Berwick upon Tweed and my service is pathetic, I very rarely browse using 5g or whatever but today its nigh on impossible
-
Peter Wyatt (@PWW3367) reported@PrezzUk @tescomobile Lucky you! My experience of customer care is very different
-
Sam Clark (@sambakey) reported@tescomobile She phones my brother most days, he doesn’t answer to save her credit but rejects her call then phones her back. Should she be charged the 10p charge for this as we’re fairly certain she never used to be.

John For A Free Scotland🏴 (@johnd_uk) reported@tescomobile You don't run your own network though -who do you piggy back onto - Vodafone, EE, BT?
-
Karl Rogers (@karlrog3) reported@tescomobile You are joking its the best. I am on holiday and cannot log into anything unless i am on wifi. Tried customer services who asked for info about my bill, which i cannot get onto!! What a joke..... cannot wait to leave and go to a proper network and take my family with me.

Sam Clark (@sambakey) reported@tescomobile Thanks Rob, it doesn't forward to her voicemail so I think there's an issue with her account. I'm not able to phone obviously and she's a pensioner & has already tried getting this fixed by calling Tesco. I'll have to ask her to do this again

Sophie (@eyerollinghardd) reported@tescomobile hey, my bills are all paid however I’ve not had any coverage for over 24hrs now. Are there any known problems in the Bournemouth & Poole areas (BH postcodes) or is this just an issue for me?
-
Enquiring Mind (@Veritasisimo) reported@tescomobile Cont'd.....I saw your self-congratulatory Tweet, hence this complaint. Perhaps Tesco doesn't appreciate PAYG customers ? I suppose I can understand why - minimal profits. Anyway, perhaps as a gesture of goodwill you will send me a SIM suitable for my needs to end this sorry saga.

Elaine Smart (@teachergirl1961) reported@tescomobile This morning I phoned Tesco Mobile while in John Lewis to confirm that the Apple Watch I wanted to buy was supported by Tesco mobile. The lady said yes and that it would not cost me any extra on my tariff. The lady lied, Tesco Mobile does not support the Apple Watch.
