@bfcmichael @tescomobile Hello, I was told in store when I switched from 3 to Tesco that I’d lose signal on my three Sim and then that was the indication that the number had been transferred. This should also be the case for you.

@tescomobile You should all hang your heads in shame on the 3 year contracts. It all feels like collusion and price fixing. Maybe it isn't. O2 certainly felt like less of a prick before virgin got stuck in. It's all a bit gross.

@tescomobile It cannot wait more days. 72 hours to wait for a fix is not good enough. How can I escalate this further?

@JennyPimmsWaugh @tescomobile Yes, under 4.7 of the T&Cs. However, I asked and was told I couldn’t move to a Clubcard Price tariff. It became a complaint and has reached deadlock, now going to Ombudsman. If you don’t get what you’re entitled to, feel free to message and I’ll explain what I think rights are 👍

@tescomobile hello I was trying to make an outright payment to get the Iphone 14 pro max 256 Gb black model but it’s showing an error that there was a problem processing your payment. It isn’t canceled by the bank and I do have sufficient funds in the bank. What is the issue here

@tescomobile Hi Laura, thanks for response. Always been a problem here, poor signal. Also had a TescoMob for elderly M-I-L but couldn't top up remotely for her as she doesn't do texts (poor sight) and she lived some distance away. Gave up and changed to @EE so no longer a problem.
