@tescomobile I have been a customer for years and for the last couple of years I don’t get a signal at home. I have followed all your advice and nothing works, you then tell me the mast has gone down, this mast according to you has now been down for almost three years??

@chrisukamor @tescomobile @clairefweir I wouldn’t bother - I have sent multiple emails to Claire over my complaint and never get a response. If CEO doesn’t care about customers then why would her staff? #shambles

@tescomobile Shame your network is poor. Zero bars, no texts, no data and no wifi calling, so NOT connected. Worst decision ever to move from my previous provider. Waste of money and can't wait to move.
