I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back,too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.

Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?

Jeremy Lindsell (@JeremyLindsell) reported@tescomobile Website now updated. Failure of app to add data remains an issue. It also failed last time I had tried a few months ago. I had to call your help desk to sort it on that occasion.
