    Terrible customer service from @tescomobile. I lost my phone and sim card on 17th of November and asked for proof of barring and sim replacement which was supposed to arrive with in 3-5 working days. It is now 8th of December I still haven’t got my sim replacement.

    @tescomobile Other sources like the local news papers such as one woman could not get out of her house or phone anyone due to the problem and is now very ill - a human picks up the phone in office and phones local news to do updates ? Was it so hard it’s just an idea ????

    @tescomobile can't receive texts or calls after transferring this week. When will issue be resolved. Told it's a problem for a number of people.

    @tescomobile My data is not working today usually I switch my phone on it says 5g for an second then changes to 4g at the top so I can browse the web etc but it’s not today it’s staying on 5g I try to use the internet and it says no internet check data!!! Bn23 6nn postcode
