    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @tescomobile Another company that doesn't listen to customers, but fobs them of with patronising, standard lines, "I'm sorry you feel that way" - which means, "we don't really care". - how about, "I'll pass on your complaint to someone with the responsibility to do something about it" ?!

    @tescomobile do you have an issue with online top up today? I’ve tried a couple of times to top up my sons credit and keep getting “somethings gone wrong” message. I’ve tried to add a new payment card and get the same message

    @tescomobile Don't now of anyone else having issues. Tired the sim in my pixel 6 but it didn't work at all. Putting it back in the iphone it says no service before eventually connecting to 3g

    @tescomobile So after taking £1100 out of my wife’s account because of your mistake, the Concerns Dept have done nothing with our complaint in 5 working days. How do you expect us to eat?
