I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.
