  Hello @tescomobile Can you explain why, when a customer orders a replacement sim, you disconnect the old one and have a live sim within the postal system? Do you think it is prudent to leave a vulnerable person without service for upto 3 days?

  @vodafonebiz insurance manager is supposed to be getting back to me today. On the @tescomobile number I bought 2.5 years ago when it took vodafone insurance nearly 6 weeks to replace a phone then. That is a 100% fail rate on their own SLA.

  @tescomobile The signal is always dropping, constantly on 2 bars most of the time in & around parts of East London, like this for a very long time! Why?
