    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    @PadWhisky @EE It is awful. The fact they have to increase it beyond the inflation amount seems wrong. Will be gone as soon as possible, most likely moving to @tescomobile

    @tescomobile so today is day 5 of no sim, had little sleep due to stress of not being able to work as my clients not being able contact me. After another day of lost earnings I eventually get part service back. I can make and receive calls, sms and have data.

    @tescomobile Well i was told at purchase point i could!!! Wont be in, down to you, will pi cl it up at wishaw tesco, i hope gye ineptness doesnt continue or will be a short contract, advise when will be ready to collect, and advise dpd not to leave with neighbour

    Last three days, I have been out of service, with no voice calls, text messages and no data. I spent hours and hours speaking/chatting with support and was unsuccessful. @O2 @tescomobile

    HUGE shout out to Matej, of @tescomobile 's customer services. Thanks to his help, patience, and ability to actually pay attention to what I was saying, I am no longer losing the will to live... (A problem going back to December is finally sorted!)

    @tescomobile YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! I have been a very loyal customer to you for 7 years, I have just started a new contract with you and you have messed up my whole number transfer! I have been into store twice and been on the phone 6 times to different people.(part one)

    @tescomobile any news on when you're network is back up. Disgusting service. My mother has missed important hospital calls because of this. She's an elderly lady and was told to upgrade only to get a phone with no network 😒
