    I have changed my mind about @tescomobile customer service, they're terrible! My mum has had problems with her phone from the word go, the battery on it dies very quickly and is faulty. They will not even give her a brand new replacement mobile phone. 😡😡

    @tescomobile is it possible to order a mobile over the phone? As when attempting to order online as soon as i click check out on your website i get a message "there seems to be a problem at our end, sorry for the inconvenience."

    @tescomobile She's sent it off for repairs twice without the phone even being repaired and now Tesco mobile are telling my mum that she can only have a replacement mobile phone but a used one from another customer! She needs a brand new one!

    @tescomobile Ah my other half has paid 6 months towards. SIM only and still doesn't get an option to upgrade ,is it possible that he might never get that option then now ,his credit is okish
