Standing in middle of the road outside the house trying in vain to get a mobile signal. Motorcycle courier stops and asks "can *you* get any service?" No, it's not you, and it's not me. The Wiltshire Banana isn't dead; it's just moved to #Charlton. @tescomobile shambles via @O2

@tescomobile @EE thanks for raising my contract price whilst also maintaining the fact I don't even get 4G outside my own god damn house. Bare in mind I'm paying for 5G CONTRACT. #3g #thisisntwhatipayfor

@tescomobile Less impressed with phone call though, whose opening gambit was "this doesn't exist anymore", and implied the online support people don't always get things right. They then made a big deal out of having to check eligibility for each number on my account.

@tescomobile 1/2 I’m trying to cancel an insurance policy on a mobile which was returned within days of being taken out on behalf of my dad who is very ill. I was given an email address to contact but nobody has replied. I’ve just spoken to someone on the phone

@tescomobile Thank you. I'll try that. The problem of patchy to non-existent service has been going on for at least a month. Also, anecdotally, with O2* elsewhere in inner SE London. *I'm aware that it's an O2 issue.
