    @tescomobile absolute joke of customer support trying to move my number across from three to Tesco went through the pac code steps to move the number was told it would take 24 hours to process 24 hours process still nothing.

    @tescomobile Doesn't seem to be as my friends on O2 and a friend on tesco we all having same issue with poor data speeds (that's why I tagged both as not sure if it's you if anything can be done your end or O2 who needs to look into this seeing they run the masts/network etc)

    @tescomobile Liz I have spoke to Charlotte, Abdul, Beverly and I have felt so ignored because no one is listen to the issue at hand! I have tried to make a complaint to management and have been told no managers will be available for over 72 hours it’s ridiculous!

    @O2 @tescomobile you must heard about Iran situation these days, the Internet cut off by the regim and we haven't heard from our family for 4 days now. We British Iranian are worrying sick for our loved ones and can not contact them. We need your support during these tough days.

    @tescomobile Provided details to your staff repeatedly over four months. Your only solution is to providea snail mail address (a step forward admittedly) & tell me can’t cancel til I copy &post a huge chunk of pages and the. Wait for you to register/meanwhile taking more of mums money. @Tesco

    @patjamiso049 @mobIndAwards @tescomobile Agreed Tesco mobile are absolutely terrible. My phone hasn’t worked properly since I ported in two months, ago and the tech support are atrocious. However Virgin Mobile deleted my number which was pretty bad.
