Since it's December and #MentalHealthAwareness #debt and #money issues is a major cause and take the souless enntity that is @tescomobile and @tesco. Long story short. TESCO tried to debit £700 from my account without notice. Merry ******* Christmas. Imagine I had no money

@tescomobile As I’ve explained the past six times, I cannot do this as I get paid four weekly. I do have a payment method, I pay whenever I have the funds in my bank account with my card. It’s not for you to help yourself to whenever you feel like it.

@tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?

@tescomobile Its been terrible every single day since i moved in it says i have 4g but then will switch rapidly to h+ or wont even show i have data at all my postcode is Pl25 4DP the signal strength needs boosting i get 1 bar on a housing estate next to a college!

1/2 Absolutely fuming with @tescomobile and #DPD my new mobile should had been delivered on Tuesday my day off work. Due to technical problems (out of my control) with the courier company they couldn't deliver on the planned day. Missed them today when they tried to deliver.

@tescomobile our 3 phones are on a contract in the wifes name. Sadly she recently passed away. Think it would be easy to move payment details to my name? Nope! Apparently all 3 need to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then a new contract can be issued in my name! Call this service?
