@tescomobile can someone help to cancel a contract for someone who has lost mental capacity. Contract not been used for several years so cancelled the DD. Now being chased for payment. Customer service won’t help contract as not in my name.

Trying to add a 3rd contract to my @tescomobile account, nothing but issues from the start. Just been told as a solution that I should start a new account for the 3rd one! Ridiculous!

@tescomobile Brand new order, already paid £15 up front for it and was told 'next day' on Friday last week. So, why bother telling me that and now it's another length of time. Will it be further down the line now, getting very annoyed at this. Patience is wearing thin.

@tescomobile Hello, I’m not sure if this is an issue through yourselves or something else however my data has stopped working and is saying I have an invalid sim. This only started today and there is no issues with the connection around my area. I have taken out 1/2

If anyone is thinking of signing up to Tesco mobile I strongly advise not to.!!!! €300 bill for “over using data” when my phone didn’t even work for 2 weeks of the month?!! Impossible!Customer service is atrocious!! Can’t get answers anywhere!🤬 @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews
