  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @picklemonsterG @tescomobile Worst customer service I’ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper

  @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

  Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile
