@tescomobile I had 3 chats within 6 days with Tesco Mobile staff but there was always assurance about activation of this SIM. I understand that nothing may be perfect but is this necessary to tell people it's OK when actually it doesn't work? I didn't know what disconnection means until now.

@tescomobile My brother is experiencing some problems but I am in a different county to him so unable to help him sort his new phone. I did just get through to your customer service (after trying for half an hour) who were helping me but we got cut off .

@pxthomas93 @tescomobile Yes. I have experienced similar before when a venture capital company trashed a tech start up. This was years ago, they were so ahead of their time, it was a tragedy. They were one of the first companies to sell online. I was the voice that guided the customer.
