  @tescomobile Also if you check the log of the conversation I had with customer service on the day. If you have a system that tells you you’re running out of data, so you immediately top up &still get charged, the system is wrong.

  @tescomobile I had no idea you charged 26p on top of the 7p. That’s shocking. A call I thought would cost me around £5 has cost me almost £15. I’ve never been told anything about 26p a min charges. 😡

  @tescomobile good morning, I have just switched to another mobile network(sorry) does moving my number over automatically cancel my contract(was out of contract anyway) or do I still need to cancel it.
