@tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow I got a 2nd sim in march, as it was on a different date to my monthly bill you've started charging me twice a month for both phones and your customer service reps seem unable to grasp that this is wrong.
