It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so itโs not that they couldnโt touch the phone, they couldnโt be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesnโt know HOW to set it up!

The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile
