    @tescomobile Heya, I have a Sim Only contract on my account and I'm looking to get my partner a Pay Monthly Phone deal through my Tesco Mobile account for "Family Perks" but when I add to my basket, it says I can't upgrade. Can you help me with this? Many thanks

    @tescomobile …I am an existing customer please could you explain why there is a deal on line which offers 30GB for £11 (12mths) if you have a clubcard but your call centre state it is only available on 24month contract?

    Any contacts know anyone who has any clout @tescomobile to help get a number swapped after 3 failed sims, multiple calls and false promises now leaving my 17 year old without her phone now for 3 weeks Not 🤬 enough Literally fuming 🤬

    @tescomobile We were told that would be yesterday. But we have been told a lot. Like one person said you could change the delivery address and one couldn’t. One person told us to go talk to dpd. we’re told again to ring back this morning. And no told not till February. Great customer service.
