    Another day of total ineptitude @tescomobile . That’s an entire week now since you said you were transferring my number. Instead I have had no calls for a week. You can’t even tell me when it will get solved. Incredibly poor customer experience.

    @tescomobile I have not been able to make or receive any calls when at home for about 10 days which is apparently due to a mast being down. No update since Monday. This is causing significant problems.

    @tescomobile Not from another network. I used to have my phone in my mums name on Tesco, so it is moving over into my own Tesco account.

    @tescomobile My contract ended 8/3/23. I'm still connected and being charged against my wishes. How hard is it to cancel ?.
