@tescomobile @tescomobile 2/2 and that it’s going to be sorted soon but it’s beyond s joke now. For the money I pay for my tariff I should expect a half decent coverage. I was sold the contract as “Use the O2 network and it’s the best coverage”and for a period of time it was. Now not so much.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

@Kitutal @tescomobile Tesco mobile is pure crap, I spent every month last year trying to fight them to pay my bill and always got charged for their mistakes... The same with @virginmedia lately.

@tescomobile @tescomobile I’m a HGV driver so I’m all over the country and it’s happening more times than not, where I try to load social media, videos etc etc it states I have full 4G and it won’t load. I’ve been into a tesco mobile branch and they’ve told me there’s an issue with data 1/2
