Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Helped my old man upgrade this phone other day. Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.
