    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?

    @tescomobile My mother of 79 is without service on her PAYG Tesco mobile. She needs for NHS appointment texts. Have tried every way to get assistance (in store & customer service) but are constantly stopped by ridiculous security measures that need a functioning phone. Help!!

    @tescomobile Well the above statement was incorrect.. 11 days later still no phone call back.. disgusting service. AVOID TESCO MOBILE at all costs!!!
