    @tescomobile Hi, I’m still waiting for a phone call for your customer services about unlocking my phone. I was promised a return call within 24 hours, now almost 2 days later.... still waiting.

    @tescomobile Not any now. Yours worked fine after I reinserted the sim card. Unfortunately my vacation was 2/3 over. Not your fault just bad instructions from my own phone company Verizon wireless.

    @Browwwn @tescomobile I do have a cap but nothing specific. However the text is supposed to be free so that shouldn't be the issue in this case.

    @tescomobile raised a complaint through chat where.mamager advised I would be contacted within 48 hours. No response. Tesco mobile have added a loan to my credit file when my contract shows as telecom separately. This is affecting credit file not.

    @tescomobile Two weeks later, still no usuable phone and continually fobbed off by the customer service team as to when the issue is likely to be resolved.

    @tescomobile I note the link says you don't have to do anything re settings on your phone but mu daughters phone is only allowing text and phone data is not working.

    @tescomobile I do not want 3 free months of Disney crap that you are trying to push on me. Why not just reduce prices for all customers rather than bolster US rubbish!

    @Browwwn @tescomobile I'm really not sure why cleaning the contacts would help me send a text to one specific number that isn't working when all the others are, but I might humour them anyway.

    @tescomobile my husband purchased 2 contracts and returned them within 14 days of period, still he has not received refund. Moreover no one is helping with the issue.
