@tescomobile One reason why I've just switched to you, especially since these mid-contract are now not just inflation but inflation plus another 3% or more. And the signal is much better than what I had before.

@tescomobile That’s a shame @tescomobile. Unfortunately a 14 day cooling off period wouldn’t help, none of us who live here, have had any mobile reception for many years. I’d heard good things about @tescomobile, such a shame you don’t do #WiFiCalling

@tescomobile So you'll never say the way @EE do "yes your contract will always stay the same and it won't go up at all...well it will go up due to the RPI and that isn't us putting it up" ???

@hutton1970 @tescomobile In this case it wasn't that my contract ended but that the plan I was on was replaced by a better one without me being told. The way it's handled (not just by Tesco but most companies) is rude rather than illegal.

@tescomobile hi I just got my new phone. My current sim is still inside the old phone. I sent the code swap also to the number it said to wait until I get no signal. Do I move it to the new one ? Or do I keep it inside the old phone? The new phone is 5G sim.
