@tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

@Tesco @tescomobile hello I ordered a pay as you go phone and need to cancel/ amend my order to include the top up voucher but I am unable to do that online and have been on the phone passed from department to department for 25 minutes. Can someone help me with this?
