Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

4th day with no signal or mobile data and apparently not back running until 27th. God forbid anything happens, especially with a 4 year old and I can’t get in contact with anybody. @tescomobile

@tescomobile contacted call centre about App, they confirmed there are issues it. Why don’t you send a txt or notification. Third company recently I have contacted using South African call centre, lines always awful, data being seen outside UK is wrong

Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌
