@tescomobile It’s not really possible to be testing it on another phone.. he recently just took out a new phone contract with you and it’s been crap ever since

Surly as @tescomobile aren’t able to hold up their end of the contract by providing me with service I should be able to terminate the contract without cost? They do not provide the services that I pay for.

@tescomobile I upgraded on Sunday online but never signed the credit agreement. The email said if I didn't sign by the Monday wouldn't be sent. My old phone started working so I decided not to sign and leave it, but the phone came today. Can I take it in store to stop the upgrade

@tescomobile Very poor taste when so many people are struggling to buy just bread and milk, never mind steak.

It’s funny how @O2 @tescomobile and @virginmedia all say there is nothing wrong with the signal in my house, yet it drops constantly. Even tweets take a long time to be sent. I wish they’d just be honest and admit it’s crap in my area, than keep lying to my face.

@tescomobile hi my boyfriend has had issues with his phone with 4G not working doesn’t matter where we are, we’ve been to Cardiff all weekend and it wasn’t working. He’s also having problems when he’s making phone calls..

@tescomobile absolutely disgraceful that you cut someone off, tell them it’s 3-5 working days for a new sim and your teams can’t communicate between each other to re-activate an old sim. The suggestion being I call them..how would that be possible with no mobile service?
