    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile what is the escalation process regarding a faulty phone that has been lost by @Tesco? My OAP mother has been without a phone since September and promises to resolve have failed. No senior support from Pengam Green Management or in-store guidance. #disgracefulservice

    @Ofcom 8 weeks today since complaint started - no call back as promised. Email from @tescomobile monday as instructed by ofcom but no replies or calls since... called up to enquire and again poor customer service and no manager or team leader to speak too. how do i go forward @Ofcom ??

    @dawnfxx @tescomobile @Tesco They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @tescomobile I left you. Paid off h contract. Told your customer service team ‘is that it now, do I owe anything? ‘ got told ‘no’ … and you are still demanding 25 quid the following month or you will cut my service. I left you. Do you not get it

    @tescomobile really getting annoyed with the internet data always dropping off and not working. It’s fine sometimes but this is getting worse. The status says you are aware of it so please get something done about it fast

    @tescomobile Hi Harry, thank you for replying. Both iPhone & SIM were taken out on contract as Xmas gift from @tescomobile, I am not with another network, nor have another number, only the SIM included... Why would the 1st text received be about keeping or porting his no.? He's now locked out
