  Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it

  Screw @tescomobile I Topped up my Pay as you go Phone a week ago, it says I have no Funds for some reason so my bundle didn't carry on, I tried topping up and everytime a error, then when I ring it automatically goes to a DUMB AI saying "Sorry can't help you with this"

  @tescomobile @MartinSLewis Been emailing back and forth with Sahira to concerns@tesco as finally opened complaint and have been speaking to Sahira. I have email proof I have responded yet had email this morning to say as I had not responded she is closing complaint
