@tescomobile @Mr_Zecks Hate these ads so I’m blocking them. I will never know if you get yourself a better advertising strategy so you’ve also lost the ability to advertise to future me.

@tescomobile Hi, I’ve not had 4G coverage for over a week. Spoke to help team last week who said it was a network issue and would be fixed. Now they’re telling me to try my sim in another phone… who has a spare phone? Has the network issue been fixed?

@tescomobile How much have you made? Also if O2 didn't make as much could they subsidise the cost to allow your network to run?

@tescomobile Hope you're not increasing your prices as much as @O2 are at 7.8% which is disgusting and profiteering par excellence. Disgusting, I will as a new customer of O2, not be staying with them 1min longer than I'm contracted for.

@tescomobile I’ve had no 4G all day today. No known faults or issues showing on the postcode checker. Have wiped my sim and rebooted my phone. Still only a (poor) 3G, sometimes dropping all the way to E.

@tescomobile Could Tesco help with energy extortionate energy prices? Energy companies are making billions in profit, whilst ripping the user off

@freedoom_79 @tescomobile However if you cancel before RPI increase, you will not have to pay for the rise in inflation as you won’t pay tax on a service you haven’t used yet.

@tescomobile 1/2 Thanks Rob. It was very distressing last night, we called to explain we wished to serve notice we were leaving, the advisor carried out an immediate cancel of the services leaving us with no active service. We wanted to escalate as the agent was offering no resolution

@tescomobile I switched from o2 to @tescomobile a few years ago, and it’s been brilliant…far better customer service, much lower cost and no fee increases ever on our monthly sim-only packages. Only thing missing is lack of support for visual voicemail on iPhone. Otherwise perfect.
