Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

@Tesco @tescomobile Secondly… tesco mobile says they give me unlimited internet but everywhere I go I only get 3G or EDGE… am i living in 1995 or something? It’s just terrible even people the desert uploading videos get better connection than me 🤦🏽

@tescomobile @WhichUK How do I make a formal complaint to Tesco about customer service and being overcharged on my final bill by £47.81? Despite calling multiple times and being told it would be updated (twice told in 24 hours, then told in 4 hours), it has not been.

@tescomobile The girl I spoke to was totally useless, she was asking such stupid questions, I asked to be transfd to someone with some technical knowledge, she refused. I gave up in the end my 84 year old mum went back to the shop all she had to do was turn it off and on again

@samsung Z Flip3 is by far the worst phone ive ever owned. The battery is absolutely shocking. Charging it 3/4 times a day. Can't wait to get out this contract with @tescomobile 😵💫😒
